    Rutland will start opposite journeyman Ashton Youboty at corner after Middleton joined would-be starters Rashean Mathis and Derek Cox on injured reserve Saturday. Drew Coleman will remain in the slot. Philip Rivers could be in for his best game of the season on Monday Night Football.
