    Vikings waived/injured DT Jullian Taylor.
If Taylor goes unclaimed on waivers, he will revert back to the Vikings roster on injured reserve. Taylor hasn’t appeared in a game since 2019 when he suffered a torn ACL. He has four TFLs and two QB hits across 12 career appearances dating back to 2018.

    Vikings signed DT Jullian Taylor.
A 2018 seventh-round pick of the 49ers, Taylor made six appearances each of his first two years in the league before a torn ACL knocked him out of commission. He has not appeared in the regular season since. New Vikings GM Kwesi Adofo-Mensah was in the San Fran front office at the time of Taylor’s selection. He is a 53-man roster long shot.

49ers placed DL Jullian Taylor (knee) on injured reserve.
Taylor will undergo season-ending ACL surgery. He appeared in just six games, playing 103 snaps. The 49ers promoted DT Kevin Givens to replace Taylor on the active roster.
  • FA Defensive Lineman #78
49ers selected Temple DT Jullian Taylor with the No. 223 overall pick in the 2018 NFL draft.
Taylor (6’5/294) endured an injury-plagued career for the Owls before breaking out as a senior for 40 tackles and 10 for a loss as a featured member of Temple’s interior defensive line rotation. Taylor drew special pre-draft notice for his Pro Day numbers, testing as the No. 2 SPARQ athlete in this year’s defensive line class behind only Florida’s Taven Bryan. Raw but a freak athlete with ideal dimensions and length, Taylor could eventually be an NFL contributor.
