Raiders claimed WR Jordan Lasley off waivers from the Ravens.
The No. 162 overall pick couldn’t get on the field for Baltimore last season. Raiders coach Jon Gruden likes to give lots of bad players a good look-see, but Lasley won’t be more than a camp body in Oakland.

    Lions waived WR Jordan Lasley.
The 2018 fifth-rounder has been waived and signed a handful of times this summer, so he’s likely going to be a practice squad player from this point forward.

    Lions signed WR Jordan Lasley.
A fifth-round pick of the Ravens last year, Lasley joins his third team in the last three weeks after being cut by Baltimore, getting claimed by Oakland, and then getting cut by the Raiders over the weekend. He obviously has long odds to make the team.

    Raiders waived WR Jordan Lasley.
It’s the second time Lasley’s been cut this preseason. The No. 162 overall pick struggled to get on the field for Baltimore last season too, but will likely find a home as depth before final roster adjustments are made prior to Week 1.

    Ravens waived WR Jordan Lasley.
Lasley hasn’t been standing out in camp practices, and the Ravens are giving up on him after using a fifth-round pick on Lasley last year. Lasley struggled with drops in the spring after being inactive for every game as a rookie. It’s not a good sign Lasley wasn’t able to last in Baltimore’s underwhelming receiving corps.

The Athletic’s Jeff Zrebiec believes Ravens sophomore WR Jordan Lasley “will need to pick up his game” to earn a roster spot.
Lasley earned some hype after training with Lamar Jackson over the offseason, but the supposed newfound chemistry did not show up during minicamp. According to Zrebiec, Lasley did not make many plays and struggled with drops, which was also an issue in college. He has time to turn it around, but things are not looking good for the former fifth-round pick.

Ravens second-year WR Jordan Lasley spent the offseason training with Lamar Jackson.
“Jordan Lasley was amazing,” Jackson’s QB coach, Josh Harris said. “He was here for a while, and they went to work every day. The summer wouldn’t have been as productive without Jordan Lasley.” A fifth-round pick out of UCLA last year, Lasley struggled in the preseason and wasn’t active for a single game as a rookie. But he put up a massive 69-1,264-9 receiving line in his final college year as Josh Rosen’s go-to target. The Ravens have nothing at receiver right now except question marks. Lasley will have a chance to make a move on the depth chart.

Ravens selected UCLA WR Jordan Lasley with the No. 162 overall pick in the 2018 NFL draft.
Lasley (6’1/203) turned pro as a redshirt junior after blowing up in his final season for a 69/1,264/18.3/9 receiving line as Josh Rosen’s go-to target. Lasley’s sub-par athleticism was exposed at the Combine, where he ran a respectable 4.5-flat but struggled in the vertical (34 ½") and broad jump (9’4"), and on the bench press (8). Lasley is prone to drops, isn’t a contested-catch winner, and was suspended twice in college. In the pros, Lasley offers a Terrance Williams ceiling with a No. 4/5-receiver floor.
