The Lakers are reportedly signing Jemerrio Jones to a 10-day contract.
Jones will provide some much-needed relief to the Lakers backcourt, but he remains a wait-and-see guy just about everywhere. In 11 games in the G League this season, Jones put in averages of 6.5 points, 8.4 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 1.5 steals and 1.4 turnovers per game on 53.2% shooting.

The Bucks have released Jemerrio Jones, Rayjon Tucker and Trevor Lacey.
Jones was signed and released on Saturday, which means he’ll likely be headed to the Bucks’ G-League affiliate. The same goes for Tucker and Lacey.

The Wizards have waived G Jemerrio Jones.
Jones was acquired by the Wizards as the Lakers shed cap space to make room for Anthony Davis, but he failed to make an impact at camp and will now likely head to the G-League.

The Lakers will be sending Jemerrio Jones to the Wizards as part of the Anthony Davis trade.
Jones will help backup Bradley Beal at the two-spot in Washington, but we don’t anticipate him being a fantasy factor next season.

Mike Muscala scored 16 points with five boards, one assist, one block and four triples vs. the Blazers on Tuesday.
The fact that we are blurbing Mike Muscala on the last day of the Lakers season sums up the 2018-19 campaign perfectly. He’ll be a free agent this summer and will turn 28 in July. Magic Johnson, who helped acquire Muscala from the Clippers in exchange for Ivica Zubac, stepped down on Tuesday as Lakers President to resume Tweeting. Alex Caruso added 12 points, 13 dimes and seven boards, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope dropped 32 points with eight assists, five rebounds, one steal and five triples, and Jemerrio Jones posted a solid line with 11 points, 15 rebounds, three assists, two steals, two blocks and one triple.

Jemerrio Jones hauled in 16 rebounds in his first career start on Sunday, adding five points, five assists, one steal, two swats and one turnover across 38 minutes.
Jones did an excellent job of crashing the glass, but he didn’t really look for his shot as he went scoreless with just one field goal attempt through the first half of action. Still, he hit a triple, was solid in the defensive categories and only committed one turnover, so if he gets another start on Tuesday, he’ll be someone to think about throwing out there in DFS.

Jemerrio Jones scored a career-high four points with six rebounds, three assists, two steals, one block and two turnovers in 27 minutes against the Warriors on Thursday.
He made his NBA debut this week with just two points in six minutes combined in his previous two. The Lakers may give him a few extra minutes to close out the season, but he is strictly a desperation play in a very deep league.
