The 24-year-old, who celebrates his birthday today (Oct. 30th), tees it up at Port Royal Golf Club along with dad Fred, 63, who won eight times on TOUR in 648 events (though not grouped together). Taylor, a Texas alum (2017), competed on the Latinoamerica Tour last season, where he went 1-for-7 and cashed a check for $766 with a T15, highlighted by a closing 65. He also missed one cut each on the Mackenzie and Korn Ferry Tours in 2018. The Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, native did not win while at Texas, recording one top 10 in 23 events and had a scoring average of 74.55.
