The changes continue for Bubba Watson - Masters champion, new father, owner of the General Lee and, now, house seller.Watson has put his home in Lexington, N.C., on sale, according to the Charlotte Observer.
The four-and-a-half bedroom house overlooking High Rock Lake in Lexington is up for sale. Watson and his wife, Angie, purchased the home in 2009 for $1.1 million. The listing price is currently $1.45 million.
The home boasts a wealth of amenities, including two kitchens, a salt-water pool, boat house and dock, as well as a garage apartment and security gate.
Living there in the summer months, Watson joined nearby Old North State Club and won the club championship. The Watsons also have a permanent residence - and club membership - in Scottsdale, Ariz.
The couple moved to a rental home in Orlando to adopt baby Caleb, which was completed two weeks ago. According to listing agent Tim Taylor, the family anticipates purchasing a permanent home there.
