Last week, we spotlighted a University of Michigan grad, Chelsea Pezzola, so it’s only right that a former Ohio State Buckeye gets the nod this time around. Meet Susana Benavides.
The Bolivian-born Benavides found her way to OSU in 2009, and during her four year run on the golf team she was named Second Team All-Big Ten, Academic All-Big Ten, and was voted an OSU Scholar-Athlete.
She’s now entering her third year on the Symetra Tour, and from the looks of her sensational Instagram page, we have a feeling there’s quite a few folks out there hoping she makes it.
She last teed it up at the Yokohama Tire LPGA Classic back in August, and after you scroll through these photos, there’s a good chance you’ll be looking out for her as the new season gets underway.
