Beef works at Arby’s after getting sponsorship deal

Thumbnail

You’ve seen where Beef lives, now check out where he works ... you know, besides the golf course.

Andrew Johnston has developed a cult-like following in recent months, and that popularity has developed into a new sponsorship deal with fast food restaurant Arby’s, which specializes in (what else?) roast beef. According to For The Win, Beef will sport the Arby’s logo on the right side of his shirt and on the back of his hat starting this week at the PGA Championship.

So to celebrate the new arrangement between Beef and beef, the 27-year-old Englishman stopped by Arby’s inaugural New York City location in Times Square on Saturday and worked behind the counter, serving guests and learning from the staff with the same enthusiasm we’ve come to expect from golf’s new fan favorite.

Beef documented the whole adventure on Snapchat, where you can find him @beefgolf.
