The Million Dollar Baby has arrived.
From leading a PGA Tour event to being a first-time father, all in less than 24 hours.
Hunter Mahan tweeted Sunday that his wife, Kandi, gave birth to the couple’s first child, a daughter named Zoe (5 pounds, 11 ounces), earlier that morning:
What a whirlwind of a day, but I'm happy to announce the birth of my daughter Zoe Olivia Mahan born at 3:26 am. Thanks for all the support!

Mahan was leading by two shots as he entered the third round of the RBC Canadian Open. He was warming up on the range when he received a call that Kandi had gone into labor in Dallas.
He withdrew immediately, flying from Toronto to be with her. His wife was not expected to give birth until the week after the PGA Championship, in mid-August.
Mahan is still listed in the field for next week’s WGC-Bridgestone Invitational.
