One of the game’s all-time greats, Annika Sorenstam, was exquisite in terms of tempo and balance, which helped her win an astounding 93 times as a professional.
In this video segment, Sorenstam’s coach and one of the instructors at Annika Academy, Henri Reis, is going to give you a great drill that you can use at home or the golf course to improve your tempo and balance.
So grab a bunker rake or a broom and simply make some swings. The extra weight will help you smooth things out and swing in balance, and the result will be more accurate shots on the golf course.
