SAN DIEGO -- With Tiger Woods and Rocco Mediate going to extra holes, the GOLF CHANNEL will follow suit on Monday with comprehensive, overtime news coverage of the 2008 U.S. Open.
The network will go on the air with Live From the U.S. Open at 11:30 a.m. ET ' 30 minutes prior to ESPNs playoff coverage and setting the stage for a dramatic Monday finish ' and will wrap up the day with a two-hour, post-playoff telecast immediately following NBCs coverage.
Host Kraig Kann will be joined by analysts Brandel Chamblee and Frank Nobilo, and Rich Lerner and Todd Lewis reporting from the course. Analyst Mark Rolfing also will join the post-game team following his assignment with NBC.
