GC.com: What is your Field of Dreams (favorite course) in the Port St. Lucie area?
Johann Santana: The Dye Course at PGA Golf Club. I just like the way the course is laid out.

GC.com: Among the Mets players, who is the best golfer?
Johann Santana: Livan [Hernandez] is by far the best. He hits the ball a TON.

GC.com: Whats more fun: Taking BP (batting practice) or hitting balls on the driving range?
David Wright: Im a baseball player, I could take BP all year long. Driving the golf ball is fun, too, but to me it is still nothing like hitting a baseball.

GC.com: Would you rather have a green jacket or a World Series ring?
Livan Hernandez: Even though I won one World Series ring [with the Florida Marlins in 1997], I would rather have another ring than a green jacket.

GC.com: Who would your dream golf foursome consist of?
David Wright: My father [Rhon Wright], John McCain, and either [Virginia Tech head football coach] Frank Beamer or Michael Jordan.

GC.com: How would you rate Port St. Lucie as a golf destination?
Livan Hernandez: I would definitely come here to play. You have so many great courses to choose from, and plenty of places to eat.

GC.com: Wheres the best place to grab a beer or a bite to eat around Port St. Lucie?
Johann Santana: Jensen Ale House on Route 1 in Jensen Beach. I never have to wait.
