Well more FA Cup madness is out the way – I say madness because I’m a Spurs supporter so my interest has waned considerably now. I’m just hoping that the remaining games have an impact on the rest of the teams in the title race. Speaking of which, I’m actually quite excited. I keep telling myself not to be but I can’t help it. If I look at who has the easiest run out it’s a fairly even match up amongst Leicester, Arsenal & Spurs. Spurs and Arsenal could effectively hand the title to the other when they play each other in week 29 with Leicester’s only really big team being United in the last week.
Either way, it’s probably the most entertaining end of a season for many years because it doesn’t include the same old names. I hope that every year is as good.
So what has this week got in store for us? Well most importantly there are only 8 games so I can see plenty of substitutes being used. It is important to realise that in week 30 there are also 4 more games that aren’t going ahead so I would save your wildcard until the week when all of these rematches are played. I certainly am, along with my bench boost – it should be one hell of a week! Luckily for me this week, I only have Aguero who misses out but I’m thinking of doing a crazy switch to Arnautovic or Diouf as Stoke face Villa and Newcastle in their next two weeks. I can’t imagine there’s too many tipsters suggesting that move!
Let’s see what the predictor….er….predicts:

Well no one will be shocked to see Leicester ruling the roost but then you’ve probably got Mahrez and Vardy in your team anyway so that’s all good. Next comes West Ham at home to Sunderland but then again you’ve all got Payet haven’t you? As a side note, I’m not convinced that a certain my Aanholt wont pop up with another goal so be wary of the West Ham defence. Then come Stoke who I’ve already discussed, I doubt many of you will have either of my selections so give it some thought. Spurs are probably the last team I fancy from the list – I don’t need to name Kane, Alli and Eriksen however there could be some leverage in selecting Vorm if Lloris is unavailable.

Wow, what a boring list of games we have here. There are favourites but no strong ones. It certainly looks as though there won’t be loads of goals so I’d look to dependable defenders to cover you. See you next week.
