American Hockey League

Antoine Bibeau stopped 53 of the 55 shots he faced in two wins over Cleveland last week. He posted 23 saves on Saturday in a 4-0 win for his fourth shutout of the season. Bibeau has recorded 18 wins with a 2.09 goals-against average and .928 save percentage in 33 games with the San Jose Barracuda in 2017-18. The former Toronto Maple Leafs draft pick (172nd overall in 2013) recently inked a two-year contract extension with the San Jose Sharks. Minnesota Wild prospect Justin Kloos had 19 goals and 43 points in 60 games with Iowa during his rookie campaign in the AHL. He generated three goals and one assist in three outings last week. Kloos made his NHL debut with the Minnesota back on Oct. 24 against Vancouver. Syracuse’s Mathieu Joseph tallied four goals on 19 shots in three games. The 21-year-old has 14 goals and 42 points in 58 contests during his first AHL season. Joseph was chosen in the fourth round (120th overall) of the 2015 NHL Entry Draft by the Tampa Bay Lightning. Lucas Wallmark contributed four helpers in two appearances last week. The 22-year-old forward, who has one goal in 11 games with Carolina this year, has 42 points (13 goals, 29 assists) in 37 matches this campaign.

National Collegiate Athletic Association

Joey Anderson registered three helpers in two games against Western Michigan. He picked up all three in one contest. The New Jersey Devils prospect has 10 goals and 26 points in 30 games for the University of Minnesota-Duluth in 2017-18. Anderson was a third-round pick (73rd overall) in the 2016 NHL Entry Draft. Chicago Blackhawks sixth rounder Dylan Sikura accounted for three goals and one helper in two meetings versus Massachusetts. The Northeastern University senior ranks third in the nation with 52 points (20 goals, 32 assists) in 33 outings. Chicago hopes to sign him to an entry-level deal once his season is over. Adam Gaudette, who also plays for Northeastern, leads all NCAA players with 30 goals and 59 points in 36 games. He had one goal and two helpers in two games last week. Gaudette was a fifth-round selection (149th overall) in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft by the Vancouver Canucks. Cooper Marody scored a pair of goals in his only appearance last week. The sixth-round pick of the Philadelphia Flyers in the 2015 NHL Draft has 14 goals and 46 points in 37 contests this year for the University of Michigan.

Swedish Hockey League

Ottawa Senators prospect Filip Gustavsson has a 1-1 record with a 2.00 goals-against average and .918 save percentage in the postseason. Game 3 will decide the wild-card round series on Friday. Gustavsson had similar numbers for Lulea HF during the regular season with a 9-11-0 record, a 2.07 goals-against average and .918 save percentage in 22 appearances. His rights were obtained from the Pittsburgh Penguins in the Derick Brassard trade Pierre Engvall had one goal in two playoffs games for HV71, but his team was eliminated in the wild-card round by Linkoping HC. The seventh-round pick of the Toronto Maple Leafs in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft collected 20 points (seven goals, 13 assists) in 31 matches during the regular season. Adam Ginning contributed one assist in two games for Linkoping HC in the series. The 18-year-old blueliner is eligible for the 2018 NHL Entry Draft. He had one goal and two points in 28 matches during the regular season. There will be plenty of eyes top prospect Rasmus Dahlin when Frolunda HC starts their playoff series versus the Malmo Redhawks in the quarterfinal round. Dahlin netted seven goals and 20 points in 41 matches during the regular season. The 17-year-old defensemen is projected to be the first overall pick in the 2018 NHL Draft.
