Browns selected Oregon QB Dillon Gabriel with the No. 94 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Yet another quarterback goes ahead of Colorado QB Shedeur Sanders, who is now locked in to Day Three draft status. Gabriel will likely compete with Joe Flacco and Kenny Pickett for starting duties, though he could be relegated to third string duties in 2025. Gabriel (5’11/205) is a left-handed quarterback who enters the draft after a six-year college career that saw stints at UCF, Oklahoma, and Oregon. The former three-star prospect had the opportunity to start for UCF as a true freshman, and threw for 3,653-29-7 in his first season while adding another 78 yards and four scores on the ground. He would go on to start the next two seasons for the Knights, but made just three appearances in 2021 due to a broken clavicle that caused him to miss the remainder of the season. He took up the mantle at Oklahoma in 2022 after Caleb Williams followed head coach Lincoln Riley to USC earlier in the offseason, and thrived in two seasons with the Sooners, posting a career line of 6,828-55-12. He would go on to finish his career at Oregon, throwing for 3,857-30-6 under coach Dan Lanning while finishing third in Heisman voting. Gabriel leaves college football tied with Case Keenum for the most touchdown passes in FBS history (155). He possesses sneaky rushing upside, rushing for over 1,800 yards in his career if you remove yards lost due to sacks and punched in 33 scores on the ground during his career. Gabriel is undersized for a prototypical NFL quarterback and saw 32 passes batted down at the line, per PFF. That said, he does a good job of using his feet to his advantage to create on the run, and has displayed decent accuracy in the short areas of the field. Like Bo Nix during his time at Oregon, Gabriel was a short-yardage merchant last season with the Ducks, as 65.6 percent of his throws traveled less than 10 air yards.
  • BUF Tight End #86

Dalton Kincaid caught all four targets for 48 yards and a touchdown in the Bills’ Week 1 win over the Ravens.
Quarterback Josh Allen connected with Kincaid on the team’s first possession for a 15-yard touchdown for the team’s first points of the 2025 season. He would take a back seat to Keon Coleman, Josh Palmer, and Khalil Shakir the rest of the way as the Bills played from behind from the start of the second quarter until the final kick of the game, walking it off with a Matt Prater field goal as time expired. Kincaid could be difficult to trust in managed leagues considering his modest four targets on 46 Allen pass attempts in negative game script. He’ll look to find paint for the second time in Week 2 when the Bills hit the road to face the Jets.
How Cooper's sudden retirement benefits Thornton
Kyle Dvorchak dives into Amari Cooper's shocking retirement, explaining how it will impact rookie Dont'e Thornton Jr., who will be "a starting, maybe full-time, wide receiver in Week 1" and is "a clear dynasty target."
  • BUF Wide Receiver #5
Joshua Palmer caught 5-of-9 targets for 61 yards in the Bills’ Week 1 win over the Ravens.
Palmer tied for second on the team in targets behind second-year receiver Keon Coleman, making his mark on a crucial catch down the left sideline with under a minute to play and the Bills down by two points. His catch-and-run reception went for 32 yards and put the Bills in field goal position to win the game, which they would do as time expired after trailing by 15 points twice in the fourth quarter. Palmer will be difficult to trust in managed leagues but appears set to return usable weeks in best ball for fantasy managers that targeted him in the middle rounds this offseason. Next up for Palmer and the Bills are the Jets on the road in Week 2.
  • BUF Wide Receiver #10
Khalil Shakir caught 6-of-9 targets for 64 yards in the Bills’ Week 1 win over the Ravens.
Shakir tied for second on the team in targets with Joshua Palmer behind Keon Coleman but failed to catch either of quarterback Josh Allen’s passing scores, leaving him with relatively modest fantasy returns on a night Allen attempted 46 passes. Ten different pass-catchers were targeted by Allen, something fantasy managers have grown accustomed to during the previous two seasons in Buffalo. Shakir should have brighter fantasy days ahead as one of Allen’s most trusted pass-catchers.
  • BUF Wide Receiver #0
Keon Coleman caught 8-of-11 targets for 112 yards and a touchdown in the Bills’ Week 1 win over the Ravens.
Coleman and the rest of the Buffalo offense had a relatively quiet first half but scored 16 points in the final four minutes to steal the victory from the Ravens. Coleman’s touchdown went down as the first points in that span, which came on fourth down on a tipped pass off of tight end Dawson Knox’s hands. The incredible comeback win sends the Bills to a 1-0 record ahead of a road meeting with the Jets in Week 2.
  • BUF Running Back #4
James Cook rushed 13 times for 44 yards and a touchdown in the Bills’ Week 1 win over the Ravens, adding 58 yards on five receptions.
Cook’s modest snap rates from 2024 carried into the first game of the 2025 season, but a touchdown plunge from two yards out in the third quarter and increased passing volume via negative game script propelled him to a usable fantasy week as the Bills stormed back in the fourth quarter to steal the victory from the Ravens. The Bills attempted 46 passes to just 16 running back carries while playing from behind throughout, something that isn’t likely to be the case against most opponents this season. Either way, Cook managed to return a solid score for fantasy managers that capitalized on his falling stock through his offseason hold-in. Up next is another difficult matchup on the ground against the Jets in Week 2.
  • BUF Quarterback #17
Josh Allen completed 33-of-46 passes for 394 yards and two touchdowns in the Bills’ 41-40, Week 1 win over the Ravens, adding 30 yards and two touchdowns on 14 carries.
The Ravens seemed to be running away with the game on the backs of Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry, taking a 15-point lead into the fourth quarter. The Bills would cut the lead to nine early in the frame but Henry quickly answered with his second long score of the game. Allen then entered Super-Josh mode, leading two touchdown drives in under two minutes but the teams third failed two-point conversion left them down by two points with 1:58 left on the clock. The defense did their job and put the ball back into Allen’s hands and he would make them pay, connecting with deep passes to Josh Palmer and Keon Coleman to set Matt Prater up for a chip shot as time ran out. The late game heroics sent the Bills to a 1-0 record to start the 2025 regular season before they go on the road to face the 0-1 Jets in Week 2.
  • DEN Wide Receiver #11
Troy Franklin caught 4-of-6 targets for 44 yards in the Broncos’ Week 1 win against the Titans.
Franklin operates as Denver’s No. 2 receiver behind Courtland Sutton and ahead of Marvin Mims, who was held to 12 yards on three grabs. Franklin saw 23 percent of the Broncos’ air yards and was second in target share behind Sutton. He could pass for a usable fantasy option in deep leagues next week against the Colts.
  • DEN Quarterback #10
Bo Nix completed 25-of-40 attempts for 176 yards, one touchdown, and two interceptions in the Broncos’ 20-12 Week 1 win against the Titans, adding eight rushes for 17 yards.
Nix posted a hideous 4.3 yards per attempt, missing open pass catchers and making baffling decisions in critical moments against a poor Tennessee defense. Nix tried to get something going as a rusher to no avail. Nix connected with his WR1 Courtland Sutton for his lone touchdown on a nicely throw red zone jump ball, but couldn’t get anything going in a game that should not have been close. Nix should continue giving fantasy managers a handful of rushing attempts every week, giving him some fantasy juice that can compensate for poor passing performances. Nix will be a borderline starting option in 12-team formats next week against the Colts.
  • SF Wide Receiver #15
49ers WR Jauan Jennings (left shoulder) will undergo an MRI and “additional testing” to determine the severity of his injury in the next 24 hours.
Jennings injured his left shoulder in the 49ers’ Week 1 win over the Seahawks. Although he was initially deemed questionable to return, he spent the rest of the game on the sideline. The 49ers’ receiving corps is extremely thin, with Brandon Aiyuk (knee) still rehabbing and George Kittle (hamstring) also set to under an MRI and additional testing. Marquez Valdes-Scantling is the next man up. The error-prone speedster could catch one or two deep passes against his former team, the Saints, in Week 2.
  • TB Running Back #1
Rachaad White had two rushes for 14 yards in the Bucs’ Week 1 win against the Falcons, adding one catch for two yards.
The short of it: White was the team’s distant No. 2 back behind Bucky Irving, who handled 14 rushes and had four receptions, one for a touchdown. Irving dominated the pass-catching role out of the Tampa backfield; he ran 23 pass routes to just nine for White. For now, White profiles purely as a contingency option. If Irving were to miss time in 2025, White would suffice as a top-20 PPR option.
