Molden played 761 snaps for the Chargers and was excellent in coverage, with a 75.4 PFF coverage grade. Molden was acquired at last cuts from the Titans and proved a prudent snag. This was the final season of his rookie deal. It seems likely that, assuming a full recovery, the nickel will return in Los Angeles if he doesn’t see major interest elsewhere.

Likely came into the contest having scored in consecutive games but took a significant backseat to fellow tight end Mark Andrews, the latter of whom scored for the 11th time in his last 12 games in the win. The Ravens await their Wildcard Round opponent after clinching the No. 3 seed.

Andrews finishes the regular season with 11 touchdown receptions, which sets a new career high. That is particularly impressive considering he did not score in the team’s first five games of the season, ending the year with a flurry of 11 touchdowns in the final 12 games. In fact, he scored in all but two of the team’s final 12 games of the regular season. Andrews and the Ravens clinched the No. 3 seed out of the AFC with the win and await their opponent in the Wildcard Round, pending the outcomes of the remaining games this weekend.

Bateman stepped into featured duties following the departure of Zay Flowers with a knee injury, cashing in on a third quarter touchdown from seven yards out on a Lamar Jackson scramble drill. Flowers’ status was not updated by the team following the game, meaning Bateman could enter Wildcard preparations as the top wide receiver for a Ravens team with Super Bowl aspirations.

Henry struggled to find room to run in the first half, entering the break with just eight yards to his ledger. He would experience greater efficiency after halftime, erupting for 130 yards and two scores over the final two quarters of play against a battered Browns defense. His 138-yard effort sees him fall just short of setting an NFL record with his second 2,000-yard season, but he did set a different record with his third season of more than 1,500 yards and 15 or more touchdowns. The Ravens must wait for the rest of the weekend’s games to play out before they learn their opponent for the Wildcard Round.

The Ravens had a rather quiet first half while being stopped twice on fourth down but were able to get running back Derrick Henry going after the break. They took a 14-3 lead into halftime on the backs of a 26-yard interception returned for a touchdown from rookie corner Nate Wiggins in the first quarter, then erupting for 21 points in the second half. Lamar Jackson threw his 41st touchdown pass of the season on a third quarter touchdown toss to tight end Rashod Bateman. The win clinches the AFC North and the No. 3 seed out of the AFC, with their Wildcard Round opponent to be decided during the rest of the weekend.

Moore saw a few weeks of plus production in the middle of the season while Jameis Winston started under center but otherwise finishes 2024 with pedestrian counting stats. The soon-to-be unrestricted free agent ends the season with 61 catches for 538 yards and one touchdown and is likely to find himself playing for a different franchise in the coming year with the Browns almost assuredly set up for a full rebuild this offseason.

Akins started six games for the Browns via multiple injuries to typical starter David Njoku, comng on strong to end the season on his way to a 40-390-2 finish to his 2024 season. Akins heads into the offseason as an unrestricted free agent after playing his second season in Cleveland.

Jeudy needed all 60 minutes of this one to set the franchise record for receptions in a season, breaking the record set by Ozzie Newsome and Kellen Winslow Jr. with consecutive fourth quarter receptions on the team’s final possession of the game before a Bailey Zappe interception ended the season for the Browns. Jeudy outperformed expectations heading into the season following the departure of Amari Cooper at the trade deadline, finishing the season with 90 receptions for 1,229 yards and four touchdowns. Jeudy enters the offseason the clear alpha in a passing attack sure to see plentiful changes heading into 2025.

Foreman saw an uptick in utilization towards the end of the season following season-ending injuries to Nick Chubb and Jerome Ford, but he struggled with the opportunity in an offense that went 24 consecutive drives without a touchdown before a fourth quarter touchdown in Week 18. The soon-to-be unrestricted free agent ends the 2024 season with 71 carries for 232 yards and no touchdowns, adding just six receptions.

Zappe’s night started off about as bad as it could get when he threw a pick-six on the team’s second possession, book ending his game with another interception on the team’s final possession in the red zone. He got the spot start for a Browns team clearly looking towards the future. Another top pick could be spent on a quarterback in the coming NFL Draft as they appear ready to cut bait with Deshaun Watson this offseason, particularly considering their future at the position does not appear to be on the current roster. Zappe will likely head back to free agency in the coming months.
