  • ATL Running Back #25

Tyler Allgeier did not have a touch in the Falcons’ Week 11 loss against the Broncos.
Allgeier logged just three snaps and didn’t see a rushing attempt or target before the Falcons rested their starter in the fourth quarter of the blowout loss. He had seen 29 carries over the Falcons’ previous three games as the No. 2 option behind Bijan Robinson. Allgeier should be more involved in the offense when the Falcons return from their bye against the Chargers in Week 13.
  • PHI Defensive Tackle #98

Eagles DT Jalen Carter (shoulder) practiced in full on Thursday.
The Rams’ offensive line health is improving but LG Steve Avila remains sidelined by an ankle injury. His absence could be costly with Carter’s health improving. The Week 3 matchup between the Eagles and Rams might be a pass-heavy affair, which would bode positively for Carter’s sack productivity.
Should fantasy managers be worried about McConkey?
Patrick Daugherty and Denny Carter talk about Ladd McConkey's slow start to the season, analyzing if fantasy managers should be concerned about his biceps injury and projecting how he will perform in the coming weeks.
  • LAC Wide Receiver #15
Chargers WR Ladd McConkey (biceps) practiced in full on Thursday.
McConkey could be seen sporting a wrap on his upper biceps/shoulder area at practice today. His full participation is a great sign. The Chargers’ No. 1 wide receiver will be on the field for his team’s Week 3 matchup against the division-rival Broncos. The target-magnet is perhaps best viewed as a borderline WR1/2 this week.
  • PHI Running Back #28
Eagles RB Will Shipley (oblique) was limited on Thursday.
Shipley still seems like a long shot to play in Week 3 against the Rams, but his return to practice is certainly positive. The Eagles traded for Tank Bigsby after Shipley was injured, so although Shipley may ultimately return to the No. 2 running back role, but things are a bit more crowded than when he left. He can be speculatively stashed on benches in 12-team leagues, though rostering him should not be considered necessary.
  • PHI Tight End #88
Eagles TE Dallas Goedert (knee) was limited on Thursday.
Goedert is clearly still bothered by the knee injury but his continued limited participation puts him on track to play in Week 3 against the Rams. The two talented offenses could produce a pass-heavy game environment. If active, Goedert can be started as a TE1.
  • MIN Tackle #71
Vikings LT Christian Darrisaw (knee) did not practice on Thursday.
Darrisaw practiced in full yesterday, but The Athletic’s Alec Lewis reported earlier this week that Darrisaw is not guaranteed to play in Week 3 against the Bengals. We think today is likely just a rest day in his long-running rehab program. Vikings C Ryan Kelly (concussion) remains sidelined, as does backup LT Justin Skule (concussion).
  • WAS Running Back #26
Commanders RB Jeremy McNichols (hamstring) practiced in full on Thursday.
McNichols will likely get a chance to replace Austin Ekeler (Achilles) as the Commanders’ passing game specialist. He was terribly inefficient as a receiver last season, averaging just 0.20 yards per route run. He can be stashed in PPR leagues by those willing to roll the dice on a likely low-ceiling player.
  • JAC Running Back #33
Jaguars RB Bhayshul Tuten (shoulder) was seen wearing a red non-contact jersey as he practiced in a limited capacity on Thursday.
Tuten’s continued limited participation puts him on track to suit up in Week 3 against the Texans. The red non-contact jersey is a bit concerning, though. Hopefully, Tuten practices in full tomorrow and can safely be started as a high-upside FLEX option, operating as the Jaguars’ oft-used backup running back.
  • JAC Wide Receiver #7
Jaguars WR Brian Thomas Jr. (wrist) was limited on Thursday.
Interpreting downgrades can be tricky. It’s entirely possible that the Jaguars’ coaching staff is just managing Thomas’ reps. It’s also possible he experienced irritation and/or a setback. The latter scenario seems unlikely, given the lack of alarm bells from Jaguars beat reporters. We expect Thomas to practice in full tomorrow, but this is clearly worth monitoring. Stay tuned.
  • KC Wide Receiver #11
Chiefs WR Jalen Royals (knee) practiced in full on Thursday.
Royals’ tendinitis has responded positively after a few weeks of rehab and he is now on track to at least be available for the Chiefs’ Week 3 game against the Giants. He can be speculatively stashed on fantasy benches this week, to see how things shake out. Kansas City’s passing offense is in need of reliable weapons.
  • KC Wide Receiver #1
Chiefs WR Xavier Worthy (shoulder) was limited on Thursday.
It would be nice to see Worthy graduate to full practice participation, but he has at least logged four straight limited sessions, dating back to last week. We expect the Chiefs to require him to practice in full before he retakes the field on game day, but it’s possible they ease him in on a limited snap count.
