  • CLE Tight End #85
Personalize your Rotoworld feed by favoriting players
David Njoku (ankle) was removed from the injury report and will play in Week 9 against the Chargers.
Njoku was held out of the first two practices of the week with the ankle issue. He missed three games with the same injury earlier this year, so the team is managing his reps in practice. Njoku is good to go for Week 9. With 15 receptions for 137 yards and two scores sans Amari Cooper, Njoku is climbing the TE1 rankings this week.
  • WAS Running Back #8
Personalize your Rotoworld feed by favoriting players
Brian Robinson (hamstring) is questionable for Week 9 against the Giants.
Robinson was limited in all three practice sessions this week. He should be able to suit up on Sunday, but fantasy managers will want to check Washington’s inactives before kickoff to be safe. If active, Robinson will push for an RB2 ranking versus the Giants. Austin Ekeler would be in line for a strong workload and an RB2 ranking of his own if Robinson can’t go.
  • JAX Running Back #4
Tank Bigsby (ankle) is questionable to play Week 9 against the Eagles.
The Jaguars have the nasty habit of limiting all injured players in practice before labeling them as questionable at the end of the week. Gabe Davis and Travis Etienne Jr. were both listed as questionable after triple-LP statuses in Weeks 7 and 8. Davis suited up each week. Etienne didn’t. Bigbsy appears to be truly questionable against the Eagles this week, though he is a viable RB2 if active.
  • WAS Quarterback #5
Jayden Daniels (ribs) was removed from the injury report and will play in Week 9 against the Giants.
Daniels played through the rib injury last week without any notable issues. He threw for 328 yards plus a touchdown and toppled No. 1 overall pick Caleb Williams with a hail mary for the history books. Daniels will remain a top-five fantasy quarterback for his Week 9 game against the Giants.
  • PHI Tackle #77
Eagles RG Mekhi Becton (concussion) will play in Week 9 against the Jaguars.
The run-blocking specialist returns after sitting out in Week 8. Becton will make his presence felt against the Jaguars’ defensive line, which bodes positively for both Saquon Barkley and Jalen Hurts.
  • IND Wide Receiver #1
Josh Downs (toe) was removed from the injury report and will play in Week 9 against the Vikings.
Downs was never at risk of missing Week 9 despite being held out of Wednesday’s practice. He returned for two full practices before being removed from the injury report. With Joe Flacco on the stick versus Minnesota, Downs can be confidently ranked as a WR2 this week. Downs caught 16 passes for 135 yards and a touchdown in Flacco’s previous two starts.
  • IND Wide Receiver #11
Michael Pittman (back) was removed from the injury report and will play in Week 9 against the Vikings.
Pittman has been nursing the back injury for a few weeks. This is the first time he has gotten multiple full practices in since suffering the back injury ahead of Week 6. With Joe Flacco under center, Pittman will push for a WR2 ranking despite the tough matchup versus Minnesota.
  • PHI Tight End #88
Eagles ruled out Dallas Goedert (hamstring) for Week 9 against the Jaguars.
Goedert will miss his third game with the issue and has not yet resumed practicing. Backup Grant Calcaterra is not a recommended streamer. The team also ruled out No. 1 CB Darius Slay Jr. (groin).
  • DET Tackle #68
Lions LT Taylor Decker (chest) was removed from the injury report and will play in Week 9 against the Packers.
Decker missed Wednesday’s practice with the chest injury but was back on the field by Thursday. He is good to go as the Lions attempt to knock off the Packers in an NFC North showdown.
  • DET Quarterback #16
Jared Goff (ankle) was removed from the injury report and will play in Week 9 against the Packers.
No surprises here as Goff was upgraded to a full practice on Thursday after being held out of Wednesday’s session. Goff had his ankle rolled on by a Tennessee defender early in Detroit’s Week 8. he played through the issue without any major problems despite having a noticeable limp at times. While he may be slightly less mobile than usual, Goff is good to go for Week 9. He will sit on the QB1/2 border for his matchup with Green Bay.
  • NO Running Back #25
Kendre Miller (hamstring) will not play in Week 9 against the Panthers.
Jamaal Williams is listed as doubtful with a groin issue. Jordan Mims will likely be called up from the practice squad to serve as Alvin Kamara’s backup this week. Mims is an interesting add in deep leagues but doesn’t hold any standalone value for Week 9.
