DeAndre Hopkins caught 2-of-3 targets for 29 yards in the Chiefs’ Week 8 win over the Raiders.
Hopkins played 23 snaps in his Chiefs debut, the third-most among Chiefs wide receivers. He made his presence felt despite the limited box score, drawing defensive attention and earning targets at a 21.4 percent rate. Hopkins was notably the recipient of Patrick Mahomes’ record-setting pass that pushed the latter past 30,000 career passing yards. He should be started as a WR2/3 against the Buccaneers in Week 9.
