Marvin Harrison Jr. caught 6-of-7 targets for 111 yards and a touchdown in the Cardinals’ Week 8 win over the Dolphins.
Harrison Jr. was bottled up in the first half, catching two passes for 33 yards on three targets. The Cardinals’ offense as a whole got going after the break and much of their improvement came through MHJ. Three of his four catches in the final two quarters gained at least 16 yards including multiple diving grabs, one of which came in the back of the end zone for a 22-yard score. Harrison’s usage was still that of a high-volume deep threat, but his connection with Kyler Murray was as good as ever and Murray trusted him to make plays in game-changing spots. MHJ will still be a volatile fantasy option going forward, but his explosion versus Miami will keep him in the WR2 ranks when he faces Chicago next week.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports the Bengals fear CB DJ Turner suffered a fractured clavicle in Week 11’s loss to the Chargers.
According to Rapoport, Turner will seek a second opinion on his injury, but the second-year corner “is likely out for the season.” Turner has started every game for the Bengals this season, earning a PFF coverage grade of 68.4 while allowing 21 receptions for 253 yards on 39 targets. He has yet to allow a touchdown this season and has broken up eight passes, per PFF. His loss would be a tough one for a Bengals defense that is already struggling to slow its opponents
  • DAL Wide Receiver #88
NFL Network’s Jane Slater reports “everything right now is pointing for [CeeDee Lamb] to play” in Monday night’s game against the Texans.
Lamb popped up on Saturday’s injury report with a back injury and was officially listed as questionable. Head coach Mike McCarthy said Lamb’s injury was “not of high concern,” setting the expectation for his WR1 to play on Monday night barring any setbacks. Slater’s latest report all but confirms that Lamb should be good to go for Monday’s in-state matchup, but he’ll be hard to trust as anything more than a WR2 after the debacle we witnessed in Week 10 with Cooper Rush under center.
  • CAR Running Back #24
Panthers HC Dave Canales said Jonathon Brooks is expected to make his pro debut in Week 12 against the Chiefs.
It’s been a long time coming for Brooks, who was the first running back selected in the 2024 NFL Draft. The Panthers activated Brooks from the reserve/NFI list on November 6th but opted not to play him in Week 10. He had an extra week to recover during the team’s Week 11 bye, but is now expected to be active for Week 12’s game against the Chiefs. Brooks will eat into Chuba Hubbard’s workload going forward, but it’s hard to know how much of a dent he’ll make early on. Hubbard is fresh off signing a four-year contract extension with the Panthers, an indication that they still plan to utilize him at a high rate in the coming years. Fantasy managers who have stashed Brooks all season will soon be rewarded for their patience, but he’s best left on fantasy benches until we get a better sense on how the team plans to use him.
  • CAR Quarterback #9
Panthers HC Dave Canales said Bryce Young will start in Week 12 against the Chiefs.
Canales said during his press conference that the team would continue to take things a week at a time regarding their starting quarterback, but that Young will get the nod for Week 12 against the Chiefs. Young has shown improved play in his last three starts, throwing for 521-4-3 in those games while leading the team to a 2-1 record. Those wins came over the Saints and Giants, but they’re good confidence boosters for a player in need of some good breaks. Young gets a difficult challenge in his next start, and shouldn’t be viewed as anything more than a mid-to-low QB2 against the Chiefs.
  • FA Cornerback #22
    Patriots waived CB Marco Wilson.
Wilson played a season-low nine defensive snaps in the Patriots’ Week 11 loss to the Rams. The fourth-year corner was claimed off waivers by the Patriots last December and has played on 206 defensive snaps this season while earning a PFF coverage grade of 51.2. Wilson has 54 games of playing experience under his belt and has made 37 starts. It wouldn’t be surprising if he was picked up by another team in the coming days.
  • NYG Quarterback #15
Giants HC Brian Daboll said the team will start Tommy DeVito in Week 12 against the Buccaneers, with Drew Lock serving as QB2.
It was reported earlier that the move to DeVito was coming, but Daboll confirmed it during Monday’s press conference. The move to DeVito all but ends Jones’ time with the Giants, as the team now looks get through the season before heading into an offseason that’s expected to be full of changes. DeVito threw for 1,101 yards, eight touchdowns, and three interceptions last season, but took a whopping 37 sacks in his nine games played. DeVito is unlikely to be a noticeable upgrade over Jones, but the bar has been set so low, that it’s hard to imagine him being much worse.
  • BUF Running Back #22
Ray Davis ran five times for 11 yards in the Bills’ Week 11 win over the Chiefs.
Davis continues to play a reduced role in Buffalo’s offense, as he’s now seen six or fewer carries in five straight games. Davis’ one big game came in Week 6 against the Jets when James Cook was sidelined with an injury. Davis remains a high-end handcuff but has no stand-alone fantasy value at this time.
  • CLE Tackle #79
Browns LT Dawand Jones suffered a fractured ankle in Week 11’s loss to the Saints and is out for the season.
Jones has started every game for the Browns this season and played his last three games at left tackle. In just his second season, Jones has allowed four sacks on 22 pressures while playing on 345 pass-blocking snaps. While his 2024 season is now over, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports Jones is expected to make a full recovery to be ready in time for 2025.
  • ATL Wide Receiver #1
ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reports Falcons WR Darnell Mooney’s hamstring injury is not considered serious.
Mooney exited in the third quarter of Sunday’s loss to the Broncos and did not return to the field. The veteran receiver has turned in a solid season for the Falcons thus far, catching 48 passes for 711 yards and five touchdowns while averaging 14.8 YPR. The Falcons now enter their Week 12 bye, so it’s possible he’ll have enough time to recover in time for Week 13’s game against Chargers. We’ll likely have more information on his availability closer to next week.
  • TB Wide Receiver #13
Mike Evans (hamstring) was seen practicing on Monday.
Monday was a bonus practice for the Buccaneers, who are coming off their Week 11 bye. Per ESPN’s Jenna Laine, Evans told her that he “could have tried to push it for Week 10 against the 49ers” but also added that Week 12 has always been his target return date. The Buccaneers will release their first official injury report on Wednesday, but it sounds like Evans is trending toward a return for Week 12’s game against the Giants.
