Dolphins activated QB Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) from injured reserve.
Tagovailoa cleared the league’s concussion protocol earlier in the week, making this move purely administrative. The Dolphins are joined by the Browns as the only two teams yet to score 21 points or more in a game this season, with Miami currently boasting a Vegas implied team total of 25.25 points against the Cardinals in Week 8.
  • NO Running Back #21

Jamaal Williams (groin) was limited in practice on Wednesday.
He seems to be trending towards playing for the first time since Week 8. He had just 13 carries in the six weeks before he hit injured reserve. Williams is firmly off the fantasy radar unless one of Taysom Hill or Alvin Kamara get injured at this point.
  • KC Wide Receiver #5
The Athletic’s Nate Taylor writes the Chiefs are “optimistic” that Hollywood Brown (shoulder) will practice in December.
That does not necessarily mean he’ll play, of course, but Brown has made posts of him working with the JUGS machine on his Instagram account. Brown was not expected to play in the regular season after suffering the dislocated collarbone on his first snap of preseason play. However, it appears there still might be some room for him to come back to the team in the playoffs, and perhaps some late-season play, if he continues to rehab as well as it looks from the outside.
  • KC Kicker #40
Chiefs K Spencer Shrader (right hamstring) did not practice on Wednesday.
Shrader is now firmly on the wrong side of questionable, having missed both of the Chiefs’ first two practices this week. The Chiefs notably signed K Matthew Wright to the practice squad on Tuesday. Shrader makes for a very risky start, if active.
  • LV Wide Receiver #11
Tre Tucker (hip) was limited in Wednesday’s practice.
Tucker should be available for Aidan O’Connell’s first game back from injured reserve. The speedy field-stretching wide receiver is entirely dependent on explosive plays to return fantasy value, offering fantasy managers the lowest of floors. This is the type of matchup where O’Connell should drop back at an above-average rate though, giving Tucker WR6-viability.
  • LAC Cornerback #41
Chargers placed CB Eli Apple (hamstring) on injured reserve.
Apple will be eligible to return Week 18 if the Chargers deem it important for him to do so. He played 47 snaps for the Chargers between three games this year. The 2016 10th overall pick has mostly been on practice squads this year and is essentially just a journeyman corner at this stage of his career.
  • LAR Wide Receiver #15
Rams coach Sean McVay said Demarcus Robinson will play in Los Angeles’ Week 13 game against the Saints.
There was some question on if the team would suspend Robinson after he was arrested for drunk driving early Monday morning. They opted not to, and will let the legal process play out. Robinson is a deep-league touchdown-or-bust FLEX play against New Orleans.
  • LV Running Back #3
Zamir White (quad) did not practice on Wednesday.
The ineffectual rusher appears highly unlikely to play in Week 13 and would only be an RB6/7, if active. The Raiders will undoubtedly be playing from behind against the Chiefs this week, which should result in a pass-heavy game script. White should not be rostered at this time.
  • LV Running Back #22
Alexander Mattison (ankle) was limited in Wednesday’s practice.
Mattison is on track to return for Week 13 after sitting out the Raiders’ 19-29 loss to the Broncos in Week 12. As a north-south rusher likely to play in a trailing game script, Mattison can only be started in the most dire of circumstances. He is a touchdown-dependent RB5.
  • DAL Cornerback #21
Cowboys placed CB Caelen Carson (shoulder) on injured reserve.
They also sent Asim Richards (ankle) to IR. Both players are eligible to return for Week 18, but it seems unlikely that the Cowboys will be making a real playoff push. Carson’s first season was rough — he finishes the first 17 weeks with a 36.7 PFF coverage grade.
  • LV Cornerback #39
Raiders CB Nate Hobbs (ankle) did not practice on Wednesday.
Both Hobbs and No. 1 perimeter CB Jakorian Bennett (shoulder) remain sidelined, putting them on the wrong side of questionable for the Raiders’ Week 13 Friday night game against the Chiefs. Hobbs and Bennett are two of the Raiders’ best players. The defense cannot afford to be without them.
