Dak Prescott completed 27-of-39 passes for 293 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions in the Cowboys’ 44-19, Week 2 loss to the Saints.
The Cowboys offense was playing catch-up the entire day with the Saints scoring every possession of the first half. Prescott continued to have his connection with CeeDee Lamb, tossing his lone touchdown to him in the first half. His first interception occurred on a Jalen Brooks slip in the two-minute drill in the first half, while his second came when the Cowboys were down big in the second half. Cooper Rush came in late to complete 1-of-3 passes for six yards. There isn’t much going for Prescott outside of Lamb, using Jalen Tolbert and Luke Schoonmaker as his secondary targets and rushing just twice for 12 yards. Prescott is a fantasy QB2 heading into Week 3 against the stumbling Ravens.
