Brock Bowers (foot) remained “limited” for Thursday’s practice.
It’s just semantics, as coach Antonio Pierce has already said Bowers will be active for his NFL debut against the Chargers. It does suggest he’s at least at a slight risk of re-injury, however. Bowers is on the TE1/2 borderline as we wait to see how the Raiders’ targets tree shakes out.

Andrei Iosivas caught 2-of-4 targets for 29 yards in the Bengals’ Week 10 loss to the Ravens.
Tonight was the first time Iosivas reached two catches in four weeks. He has 39 yards during that timespan, extra disappointing considering it’s come with Tee Higgins missing three of those contests. Iosivas isn’t 12-team league relevant and is unlikely to become so down the stretch.

Mike Gesicki caught 4-of-9 targets for 30 yards in the Bengals’ Week 10 loss to the Ravens.
4/30 wouldn’t be a bad Gesicki statline were Tee Higgins in the game, but it was his worst box score with the Bengals’ No. 2 wideout on the shelf. That’s due in large part to Ja’Marr Chase taking control of the Bengals’ passing attack and going thermonuclear for 11/264/3. Gesicki almost had a touchdown on the Bengals’ opening drive, but got wrestled down at the Ravens’ two-yard line. Gesicki’s Week 11 status seems as simple as: Start him if Higgins sits, bench him if Higgins plays. The Bengals will be in L.A. to take on the Chargers.
  • BAL Tight End #89
Mark Andrews caught 6-of-7 targets for 68 yards and a touchdown in the Ravens’ Week 10 win over the Bengals.
With the Ravens playing one of the worst defenses in the league, Andrews posted new season highs across the board. It helped that Isaiah Likely (hamstring) was on the shelf. The statline is obviously good news, though it’s bad news Andrews hadn’t previously reached six receptions or 60 yards. The fundamental fact of Andrews’ season is that both his floor and ceiling are way off his career norms. He won’t be a particularly appealing TE1 for Week 11 vs. the Steelers.
  • BAL Wide Receiver #18
Diontae Johnson caught 1-of-2 targets for six yards in the Ravens’ Week 10 win over the Bengals.
Johnson is now “up to” ... one catch for six yards through two games as a Raven. That does not include falling down on a target. Pro Football Focus’ Nathan Jahnke charted Johnson as playing only five total snaps. This must be some difficult system to break into. We would like to say better days are ahead in this explosive passing attack, but it feels like wishcasting when you have Lamar Jackson hitting role players Tylan Wallace and Nelson Agholor for scores this evening. Johnson will be hard pressed to crack the top 48 in Week 11 against the Steelers.
  • BAL Wide Receiver #4
Zay Flowers caught 4-of-6 passes for 34 yards in the Ravens’ Week 10 win over the Bengals.
It was a poor time for one of Flowers’ occasional statistical faceplants, as the Ravens predictably went nuts against the Bengals’ nonexistent defense. Cincinnati just managed to contain Zay as Lamar Jackson worked his connection with players like Nelson Agholor and Tylan Wallace. Annoying, but just life with Flowers, who has been prone to high highs and low lows this season. He is probably going to be needed for far more chain-moving type grabs in Week 11 when the Ravens travel to Pittsburgh. Keep him fired up as a high-end WR2.
  • CIN Running Back #30
Chase Brown rushed 13 times for 42 yards and a touchdown in the Bengals’ Week 10 loss to the Ravens, adding nine receptions for 52 yards.
The nine receptions were easily a new career high for the second-year back, but the bigger story was his lost third quarter fumble on a drive where the Bengals could have gone up three scores. Instead, he set up a short field for the Ravens in a game they would go on to win 35-34. No bueno. Of course, the Bengals’ new Zack Moss replacement, Khalil Herbert, managed to fumble a snap on his lone “touch.” That technically went on Joe Burrow’s ledger, but that’s merely a quirk of NFL scoring. Brown hasn’t been nearly as efficient as last season, but his workloads in this high-flying offense have him pushing for RB1 relevance for however long he can keep Herbert at bay. The Chargers are on tap for Week 11.
  • BAL Running Back #22
Derrick Henry rushed 16 times for 68 yards and a touchdown in the Ravens’ Week 10 win over the Bengals.
Henry added a three-yard reception. The Big Dog wasn’t the story in game where neither pass defense seemed to be on the field, though he’s now up to a ludicrous 14 total scores through his first 10 games in purple and black. He had a few rugged chain-moving runs amidst the explosive passing plays. Week 11 in Pittsburgh will probably end up more of a Henry-type game script.
  • BAL Quarterback #8
Lamar Jackson completed 25-of-33 passes for 290 yards and four touchdowns in the Ravens’ 35-34, Week 10 win over the Bengals, adding seven carries for 33 yards.
The four-touchdown effort was Jackson’s third of 2024, and second against the Bengals. These teams love to play absolutely no defense against each other, though Jackson and Joe Burrow can make it look like the defense isn’t on the field. The defense was on the field for the Bengals late in the fourth quarter, but dropped a gift-wrapped L-Jax pick. That was his only mistake in an otherwise flawless performance, as he found Rashod Bateman and Mark Andrews for scores as well as role players Nelson Agholor and Tylan Wallace. Amazingly, Zay Flowers and Diontae Johnson combined for just 40 yards on five catches. This is a more dangerous Ravens offense than ever, but the Bengals are a soft matchup. A Week 11 Pittsburgh road trip will be a far stiffer test for a quarterback who should probably currently be favored for his third MVP award.
  • CIN Quarterback #9
Joe Burrow completed 34-of-56 passes for 428 yards and four touchdowns in the Bengals’ 35-34, Week 10 loss to the Ravens.
Burrow is up to nine touchdown passes over the past five days, and finishes the regular season 64-of-95 (67.3) for 820 yards (8.6 YPA), nine touchdowns and one interception in two games against the Ravens. The problem for Burrow, of course, is that the Bengals have no defense and are 0-2 against Baltimore in that timespan. Football justice, apparently in short supply these days. Playing perfect games in losing efforts has been far too common for Burrow this season, but he’s playing at an MVP level. Ja’Marr Chase made it easy to look like an MVP tonight, housing scores of 67 and 70 yards. Burrow is doing his part for both fantasy managers and the Bengals, though the Chargers are a more difficult Week 11 matchup than the Ravens and Raiders were these past two weeks.
  • CIN Wide Receiver #1
Ja’Marr Chase caught 11-of-17 targets for 264 yards and three touchdowns in the Bengals’ Week 10 loss to the Ravens.
Mercy. This being Chase, none of those numbers were even new career highs, but it topped Jauan Jennings’ bonkers Week 3 for the best fantasy effort by any wideout all season. Chase got loose for scores of 67, 70 and five yards. The first was a simple crosser he turned into a YAC masterpiece. The second was a coverage miscommunication. The third came in the end zone itself. Unreal. It means Chase finishes the regular season with 21 catches for 457 yards and five touchdowns in two games against the Ravens. That yardage is the single-season record for a wideout against any one opponent. Chase is always capable of these kinds of nights, but even moreso when Tee Higgins is sidelined. Higgins’ health is the big question headed into a Week 11 Sunday night matchup with the Chargers.
