Tyreek Hill caught 4-of-5 targets for 80 yards in the Dolphins’ Week 9 loss to the Bills.
The 80 yards were Hill’s most since Week 1, while he now has 152 yards in two games since Tua Tagovailoa’s return. That’s the good news, though the bad is Tua still isn’t really looking down the field. Hill’s — and the Dolphins’ — long gain was a 28-yard reception where he had to come back to the football. Hill is running circles around Jaylen Waddle’s box scores, but this current version of Tagovailoa seems content to check down to De’Von Achane more than anything else. Still, if Hill can remain in even the 7-8 target range, he’s going to bust loose for plenty of WR1 outings. The Rams are on tap for Week 10.
