Dawson Knox caught his lone target for four yards in the Bills’ Divisional Round loss to the Chiefs.
Knox’s disappointing 2023 came to an end on Sunday with the Bills’ loss to the Chiefs. After totaling 500 or more yards in two straight seasons, Knox managed just 22 receptions for 186 yards and two touchdowns in 12 games while earning just 36 targets. Knox seeing a decline in production felt somewhat obvious after the Bills went out and used a first-round pick on tight end Dalton Kincaid in last year’s draft, but a wrist injury also limited what little upside Knox had left. Knox is under contract through 2024 and will return to the Bills next season, barring some kind of a trade. However, with Kincaid already locked in as the TE1, Knox will have little to no fantasy upside next season.
