    Colts released EDGE Al-Quadin Muhammad.
Muhammad re-joined the Colts on a one-year deal this offseason after being cut from the Bears at the end of last season. A former starter for the Colts during the 2021 season, Muhammad was hoping to catch on with his old team as added depth but found himself being left off the 53-man roster. Muhammad has 12 sacks in 84 career games but could catch on elsewhere as added defensive line depth.

Ladd McConkey caught 5-of-7 targets for 64 yards in the Chargers’ Week 9 win against the Browns.
  • CIN Wide Receiver #1
Ja’Marr Chase caught 7-of-11 targets for 43 yards in the Bengals’ Week 9 win over the Raiders.
With Tee Higgins out, the Bengals offense did not stretch the field much, nor did they need to. Joe Burrow threw five touchdowns, but Ja’Marr Chase was not on the receiving end of any of them. Chase led the team with 11 targets and his usage consisted of many screen and swing passes behind the line of scrimmage. He was tackled at the one-yard line in the first half, just shy of a score, ultimately ending with about six yards per reception. Despite a dud, Chase is the top Bengals receiver and will be a WR1 against a breakable Ravens defense in Week 10.
  • ATL Running Back #25
Tyler Allgeier rushed six times for 18 yards and a touchdown in Atlanta’s Week 9 win over the Cowboys.
He had the final score against the Cowboys, bulldozing over their beleaguered defense for a six-yard score on third-and-1. He also had a 16-yarder taken away by a holding penalty. Allgeier has taken a major seat to Bijan Robinson over the last three weeks, but might be an interesting FLEX play against the Saints next week in a game the Falcons should be expected to win handily.
  • NE Wide Receiver #84
Kendrick Bourne caught 4-of-6 targets for 41 yards in the Patriots’ Week 9 overtime loss to the Titans.
  • BUF Wide Receiver #0
Keon Coleman caught 1-of-2 targets for 21 yards in the Bills’ Week 9 win over the Dolphins.
  • TEN Tight End #85
Chig Okonkwo caught 3-of-4 passes for 38 yards in the Titans’ Week 9 overtime win over the Patriots.
  • NE Wide Receiver #3
DeMario Douglas caught 7-of-9 targets for 35 yards in the Patriots’ Week 9 overtime loss to the Titans.
  • TEN Tight End #84
Nick Vannett caught 2-of-2 passes for 33 yards with a touchdown in the Titans’ Week 9 overtime win over the Patriots.
  • BAL Tight End #89
Mark Andrews caught both of his targets for 26 yards in the Ravens’ Week 9 win over the Broncos.
Lamar Jackson only attempted 19 passes and Zay Flowers accounted for nearly a third of those throws, so there wasn’t much volume to go around for the rest of the Baltimore pass-catchers. Andrews entered the week with a touchdown in three straight games but it ended there. The 29-year-old tight end has seen his target share plummet this year and the addition of Diontae Johnson, who didn’t catch a pass this week, won’t help. Andrews will return to the top of the TE2 ranks for his Week 10 matchup with the Bengals.
  • CLE Tight End #85
David Njoku caught 5-of-7 targets for 29 yards in the Browns’ Week 9 loss to the Chargers.
It was a down week for Njoku, who had 15 receptions and two touchdowns over his past two games with Jameis Winston under center for the Browns. Njoku trailed both Jerry Jeudy (11) and Cedric Tillman (10) in targets against the Chargers. Still, he caught a full complement of pass routes and remains a go-to option for Winston in the Browns’ pass-first offense. Njoku should remain in lineups next week against the Titans.
