Eagles coach Nick Sirianni said he’s “hopeful” that EDGE Josh Sweat (neck) will play in the playoffs.
He’s reportedly trending in the right direction after leaving Week 17’s game against the Saints with a scary neck injury that required him to be backboarded and sent him to the hospital. Philadelphia has the bye, so the Eagles will have an additional week to rest Sweat and make sure he’s ready.

Titans CB L’Jarius Sneed (quad) will not play in Week 10 against the Chargers.
Sneed has been out since Week 7 because of the quad issue. Head coach Brian Callahan noted that Sneed is dealing with both a bruise in his quad and a strain, slowing down his recovery. Sneed did not practice this week and could be out well beyond Week 10.
  • ATL Tight End #8
Falcons TE Kyle Pitts (hamstring) from Friday’s injury report and will play in Week 10 against the Saints.
After being limited on Wednesday and Thursday, Pitts was upgraded to a full participant on Friday and removed from the team’s final injury report. Pitts caught only one pass in Week 9’s win over the Cowboys but had been running hot prior to that. A consistent high-risk, mid-reward play, Pitts will be a fringe TE1 on Sunday against the Saints.
  • TEN Running Back #2
Titans coach Brian Callahan said Tyjae Spears (hamstring) is “trending in the right direction” for Week 10 against the Chargers.
Callahan told reporters Spears will go through a pre-game workout on Sunday to make sure he is good to go. Spears will presumably be listed as questionable on the Titans’ final injury report. Even if he plays, Spears will be gearing up for the first time since Week 6. It’s safe to assume the Titans will ease him back into the lineup, even with Tony Pollard dealing with an injury of his own. Fantasy managers will want to give it a week before getting Spears back in their lineups, even as a FLEX play.
  • ATL Linebacker #44
Troy Andersen (knee) was removed from the Falcons’ injury report and will play in Week 10 against the Saints.
In addition to Andersen, defensive tackle Grady Jarrett (Achilles) has also been removed from the injury report and will play on Sunday. The Falcons will have two of their top defenders in place against a Saints offense that has already lost Rashid Shaheed for the season and is expected to be without Chris Olave (concussion). Center Drew Dalman (ankle) is also questionable for Week 10 but was a full participant in Friday’s practice.
  • TEN Quarterback #8
Titans coach Brian Callahan announced Will Levis (shoulder) will start in Week 10 against the Chargers.
Levis was upgraded to a full practice on Thursday for the first time since suffering the shoulder injury in Week 7. He’s been limited for a few weeks and is now ready to take over for Mason Rudolph, who just picked up an overtime win versus the Patriots. Rudolph didn’t bring much to the table, but he raised the fantasy floors of Calvin Ridley and Tony Pollard. With Levis back on the sticks, fantasy managers will need to temper their expectations for both players versus a stingy Chargers defense.
  • ATL Wide Receiver #5
Drake London (hip) is questionable for Week 10 against the Saints.
London was limited in practice throughout the week. Three limited practices are generally a good sign for a player’s availability heading into the weekend, but fantasy managers will want to check the Falcons’ inactives when they are announced 90 minutes before kickoff.
  • CIN Quarterback #9
Bengals HC Zac Taylor said Joe Burrow is dealing with soreness in his left arm after Week 10’s loss to the Ravens.
The good news is Burrow is a righty. He also has more than a week to let whatever bruising subside before Week 11’s game against the Chargers. Taylor didn’t seem overly concerned about Burrow’s injury at Friday’s news conference, so we wouldn’t expect there to be anything of concern here by next week.
  • NYG Tight End #84
Theo Johnson (back/knee) was removed from the injury report and will play in Week 10 against the Panthers.
The Giants kept Johnson’s practice reps light this week with three limited sessions. After being removed from the injujry report entirely, it’s safe to say he is good to go for his Germany roadtrip to face the Panthers. Coming off a career-high 51 receiving yards on grabs, Johnson has worked his way into a TE2 ranking for Week 10.
  • IND Tackle #79
Colts LT Bernhard Raimann (concussion) was removed from the injury report and will play in Week 10 against the Bills.
Raimann missed Week 9 while working his way through the league’s concussionn protocol. He logged multiple full practices this week and is good to go versus Buffalo.
  • IND Wide Receiver #11
Colts ruled out Michael Pittman (back/finger) for Week 10 against the Bills.
Pittman has been playing through his back injury for the last several weeks, but a dislocated finger he suffered in Week 9’s loss to the Vikings may have proven enough to sideline him for at least this week. His absence should lead to a busy day for Josh Downs, who has been Joe Flacco’s favorite target in their four games together.
