Johnson (6'3/200) is a player who looks solid on the stat sheet and can make an impact as a versatile player who can be used in different ways. One area he’s received high praise in is for his work in the slot. Anthony Treash of Pro Football Focus is among those who are high on Johnson’s abilities. “No one in college football is better at (covering the slot) than Antonio Johnson,” Treash said. He totaled 79 total tackles (53 solo), five passes defended, one sack and one interception last season.

Goldman returned after a two-year hiatus from football to play for Atlanta in 2024. He appeared in all 17 games and recorded one sack as a part-time player. Now 31 years old, Goldman is nothing more than a rotational piece for Washington’s defense. He has also played some on special teams throughout his career and will likely do so with the Commanders.

It’s a miniscule swap of picks for the former No. 23 overall pick, but Elam failed to find his footing in Buffalo and the Bills were more than ready to move on. Elam only appeared in 29 games through three seasons with the Bills. He missed time due to injuries but was also a healthy scratch at times. A trade was the best outcome for all involved. Elam will now look to revive his career in Dallas while the Cowboys are hoping to buy low on a former first-round selection.

Stewart put together a historic combine in Indianapolis en route to a 10.0 Relative Athletic Score, the highest mark in the metric’s extensive database. The performance vaulted him from a likely first-round pick to a potential top-10 selection. The Falcons hold the No. 15 overall pick. Atlanta has most of their pieces set on offense, putting them in a position to address the defense extensively through the draft. The visit confirms their interest in adding a pass-rusher early.

The former sixth-round pick has been a backup for the Seahawks for four years. He has 14 career starts with three coming at left tackle and 11 on the right side. Forsythe made five starts at right tackle early in the 2024 season before landing on injured reserve with a hand injury. He will take on swing tackle duties for the Giants in 2025.

Kupp is still an elite possession receiver when healthy, but his ability to command targets at an elite level appears to be on the decline. He will have plenty of takers on the open market, though his days as a fantasy WR1 are likely over.

The former No. 2 overall pick stays in Washington after spending the 2024 seasons backing up rookie phenom Jayden Daniels. Mariota didn’t make any starts last year but did see the majority of snaps in Week 7 when the Daniels left early with an injury and Week 18 when Washington had their playoff bid secured. Mariota completed 34-of-44 passes for 364 yards and four scores. He also got a few snaps as a short-yardage specialist throughout the year. Mariota’s skill set fits Kliff Kingsbury’s offense well and his mobility makes him a good backup to the hyper-mobile Daniels.

The contract details haven’t been reported yet but it’s presumably a one-year deal for Reagor. The former first-round pick signed to the Bolts’ practice squad a few weeks into the 2024 season and was eventually called up midseason. He appeared in eight games and recorded seven catches for 100 yards. Reagor will be a depth option and a special teamer if he makes the Chargers’ 53-man roster this year.

Weaver most recently spent time on the Rams’ practice squad but took his latest NFL snap with the Texans early in the 2024 season. The former fourth-round pick spiked for 5.5 sacks in 2022, his second pro season, but has struggled to find a role across three teams ever since. He will be fighting for a roster spot as a rotational pass-rusher this summer.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports Dye can make up to $8.5 million if he hits all of his incentives. The former fourth-round pick played out his rookie contract in Minnesota before signing a one-year deal in LA last offseason. He appeared in all 17 games and was credited with five starts. Dye totaled 57 tackles and 1.5 sacks as a backup linebacker and a high-volume special teams player. He should return for a similar role in 2025.
