Lions re-signed DE Charles Harris to a two-year, $14 million contract.
Detroit signed the former first-round pick to a one-year deal last offseason. He gave them a career-high, 7.5 sacks while also notching 10 TFLs. Harris appeared in all 17 games for the Lions, 14 of which were starts. It was the first time he started more than five games in a season. Harris broke out as a solid pass-rusher last year and the Lions brought him back on a relatively inexpensive deal. This does down as a win for both sides.

Raiders RB Zamir White (quad) did not participate in Tuesday’s walk-through.
White missed Week 12 due to a quad strain and remains out to begin the week. The Raiders play on Friday in a short week against the Chiefs. White starting out with a DNP is a sign he is on track to miss another week and Ameer Abdullah will see increased usage again.
  • FA Quarterback #8
NFL Insider Josina Anderson reports free agent QB Daniel Jones has a leading choice of team to sign with.
Jones has reportedly “zeroed on a ‘leading’ choice”, according to Anderson. The former Giants quarterback was cut last week after being benched for Tommy DeVito. The Ravens and Vikings were his leading suitors and while Anderson also reports the Raiders are interested, FOX Sports’ Jordan Schultz reported Monday that Jones eliminated the Raiders from signing contention. While a starting job may not be in the cards for Jones, a backup job on a contending team seems to be where he is headed.
  • DAL Quarterback #10
Cowboys QB Cooper Rush (knee) was limited in Tuesday’s walk-through.
Rush was listed as limited for the second straight day while managing a knee issue. It is likely a minor load management listing on a short week for Rush as the Cowboys play Thanksgiving day against the Giants. Trey Lance is currently the backup, though Rush should play barring setbacks. He is likely going to be missing a key blocker in OG Zack Martin (ankle/shoulder) who was listed as DNP for the second straight day.
  • DAL Tight End #87
Cowboys TE Jake Ferguson (concussion) did not participate in Tuesday’s walk-through.
Ferguson was listed as a non-participant for the second straight day due to a concussion he suffered in Week 11. He is considered a long shot to play Thanksgiving against the Giants. Luke Schoonmaker will be the primary tight end in Ferguson’s absence, with Week 14 the earliest Ferguson is likely to return.
  • DAL Wide Receiver #88
Cowboys WR CeeDee Lamb (back/foot) was limited in Tuesday’s walk-through.
Lamb has now been listed as limited on back-to-back days due to back and foot issues. The limited status and the fact that he played through the same injuries Week 12 indicate Lamb should be good to go for the Cowboys’ Thanksgiving game against the Giants. Also listed as limited for the second straight day was WR Brandin Cooks (knee), whose 21-day window to be activated off injured reserve is open. While Lamb is likely to play, Cooks is more of a question mark as he has missed seven straight games.
  • DAL Cornerback #7
Cowboys CB Trevon Diggs (groin/knee) did not participate in Tuesday’s walk-through.
Diggs was initially listed as a limited participant on Monday, but was downgraded to a non-participant Tuesday. He missed Week 12 due to the groin and knee injuries and is now at risk of missing Week 13. Wednesday’s practice report will indicate how close Diggs is to being able to play Thanksgiving against the Giants.
  • MIA Tackle #72
Dolphins OT Terron Armstead (knee) did not participate in Tuesday’s walk-through.
Armstead has been listed as a non-participant on back-to-back days now with a knee issue. He was active in Week 12 despite not practicing and seems to be trending the same way for a Week 13 Thanksgiving game against the Packers. WR Tyreek Hill was the other star offensive player not practicing, though he was listed out due to personal issues in addition to a wrist issue that has limited him in the past. Expect both to play Thursday barring setbacks.
  • MIA Defensive Back #5
Dolphins CB Jalen Ramsey (knees) was limited in Tuesday’s walk-through.
Ramsey has been listed as limited for back-to-back days on the Dolphins injury report with “knees” injuries. He has suffered his fair share of knee issues since entering the NFL and it seems he is managing issues to both knees this week. With a limited designation, expect Ramsey to play Thanksgiving against the Packers, barring any setbacks. Meanwhile, CB Kendall Fuller (concussion) was listed as DNP and is likely to miss Week 13.
  • GB Defensive Back #23
Packers CB Jaire Alexander (knee) did not participate in Tuesday’s walk-through.
Alexander was listed as DNP for the second straight day in the Packers’ estimated practice report for Tuesday’s walk-through. He has remained out while recovering from a torn PCL he suffered earlier in the season. With a pair of DNPs to start the week, expect Alexander to miss the Packers’ Thanksgiving showdown against the Dolphins while remaining out indefinitely.
  • FA Running Back #33
Free agent RBs Boston Scott and James Robinson visited the Commanders on Tuesday.
It’s the second known bit of interest for Scott since he was pronounced fully recovered from his torn meniscus before the start of the season. The Commanders are acting like a team that might need yet another back to join Chris Rodriguez and Jeremy McNichols as healthy backs on the roster. Wednesday’s injury report will tell us more about Brian Robinson and Austin Ekeler’s status for Week 13.
