Northern Iowa junior DB Omar Brown entered the transfer portal.
A three-star recruit from the 2019 class, Brown (6'1/200) burst onto the scene right away, winning FCS freshman of the year amassing 77 tackles and six interceptions. As of now, there are no teams that are the front runners for his services, but the Minneapolis native will have a market in the transfer portal. He will have two seasons of eligibility remaining.

  • GB Defensive Back #23

Packers declared CB Jaire Alexander (knee) inactive for Week 12 against the 49ers.
Alexander remains out indefinitely as he recovers from a torn PCL. Fortunately, Josh Jacobs (quad/calf) is active on the offensive side of the ball. He should be a featured member of the game plan as the Packers attempt to control possession time against their injury-weakened opponent. The Packers also declared S Kitan Oladapo, LB Edgerrin Cooper and OL Jacob Monk inactive.
  • LV Running Back #22
Raiders declared RB Alexander Mattison, RB Zamir White, G Cody Whitehair, CB Nate Hobbs, CB Jakorian Bennett, TE Harrison Bryant, and DT Matthew Butler inactive for Week 12 against the Broncos.
Mattison and White being out means Ameer Abdullah will take over the Raiders’ lead back against Denver. Abdullah, who last week had a receiving touchdown, is a viable flex option in PPR formats. Dylan Laube will also mix in and take some of the team’s backfield work.
  • SEA Tight End #87
Seahawks declared TE Noah Fant, WR Laviska Shenault, TE Brady Russell, LB Trevis Gipson, G Sataoa Laumea, TE Noah Fant and DE Myles Adams inactive for Week 12 against the Cardinals.
Fant continues to miss time due to a groin injury he suffered in Week 8. Expect A.J. Barner to be Seattle’s starting tight end. Also out is Laviska Shenault (oblique), likely making Kenny McIntosh the second kick returner for the Seahawks in Week 12.
  • SF Tackle #71
49ers declared LT Trent Williams (ankle) inactive for Week 12 against the Packers.
Williams has failed to practice since the 49ers’ Week 9 bye and was clearly favoring one leg during Week 11’s pre-game warmups. Reports about his Week 12 availability varied as the week progressed but the 49ers ultimately decided to sit the talented veteran blocker. Backup OT Jaylon Moore will start in Williams’ stead. The 49ers also declared QB Brock Purdy, DE Nick Bosa, CB Charvarius Ward, WR Jacob Cowing, DT Kevin Givens and DT Khalil Davis inactive. George Kittle will play this week after sitting out Week 11 with a hamstring injury.
  • ARI Defensive Tackle #56
Cardinals declared S Jalen Thompson, DL Darius Robinson, OLB Julian Okwara, OL Christian Jones, TE Travis Vokolek, and WR Xavier Weaver inactive for Week 12 against the Seahawks.
Robinson, the Cards’ first-rounder, continues to be out due to a calf injury. Jalen Thompson is out due to an ankle injury while the other inactives are healthy scratches for Arizona.
  • CAR Tight End #0
Panthers TE Ja’Tavion Sanders (concussion) was taken to the hospital after exiting the team’s Week 12 game.
Sanders suffered a frightening head/neck injury late in the first half and was carted off the field. The rookie was reportedly taken straight to a nearby hospital, where he was to undergo testing and treatment for the neck injury. Sanders had three grabs for 49 yards before leaving the contest. Tommy Tremble will function as Carolina’s TE1 with Sanders sidelined.
  • HOU Safety #5
Jalen Pitre (shoulder) left Houston’s Week 12 game against the Titans and was ruled out.
Pitre initially was ruled questionable. He left in the second quarter without his helmet and was not spotted on the sidelines at the beginning of the second half. The Texans moved Jimmie Ward into the nickel safety spot.
  • CAR Tight End #0
Panthers TE Ja’Tavion Sanders exited the team’s Week 12 game against the Chiefs.
Sanders caught a pass late in the second quarter and was flipped onto his head, with his neck bending in an awkward way. The rookie was in obvious pain and was carted off after receiving attention from both teams’ training staffs. Sanders had three catches for 49 yards before leaving the contest.
  • MIA Linebacker #6
Dolphins LB Anthony Walker Jr. left Week 12 against the Lions with a hamstring injury.
Walker Jr. was backpedaling into coverage, came up hobbling, and asked for a substitute. He walked off the field with tears in his eyes and immediately got hugs from his teammates, which is likely not a good sign for his return this week. Tyrel Dodson will replace him in the starting lineup, but it could be a big loss for Miami over the middle of the field.
  • WAS Running Back #8
Brian Robinson (leg) returned for Week 12’s game against the Cowboys.
Robinson didn’t miss a drive after exiting with a leg injury on the Commanders’ first play of the game. The third-year back suffered what appeared to be a nasty leg/ankle injury after a defender rolled up on him. After a short trip to the bench and then the locker room, Robinson was back out on the ensuing drive and immediately took a carry for a seven-yard gain.
