Kansas junior QB Jason Bean (undisclosed) exited in the first half of Kansas’ 35-10 loss to Kansas State and did not return to action.
Head coach Lance Leipold didn’t have an update on Bean’s (6'3/189) injury after the game, as Bean exited and was replaced by quarterback Jalon Daniels. On the day, Daniels went 13-for-19 passing for 105 yards and one touchdown, as he and the Jayhawks struggled to get much going offensively. Now sitting at 1-8, Kansas will travel to Texas to face the Longhorns next weekend.
