Old Dominion redshirt sophomore TE Zack Kuntz caught nine passes for 102 yards and one touchdown in Saturday’s 47-24 win over Florida International.
Kuntz (6'8/245) has been an absolute target hog for Old Dominion this season, which continued on Saturday as he led all Monarchs players in receiving stats on the day. Kuntz found the end zone on a 20-yard touchdown in the first quarter to give the Monarchs their first score of the day, and was one of quarterback Hayden Wolff’s favorite targets throughout this one. Kuntz has been one of the best tight ends in the nation since transferring from Penn State this offseason. Now finally getting a chance to shine, he has posted a receiving line of 52/545/4 on the year. ODU will travel to Middle Tennessee in Week 11 in hopes of pushing its winning streak to three games.

  • TB Wide Receiver #17

Buccaneers WR Sterling Shepard (hamstring/hip) was removed from the injury report and will play in Week 10 against the 49ers.
The Bucs played on Monday, giving them a short turnaround to Week 10. Shepard got the first two practices of the week off but returned for a limited session on Friday. The fact that they removed him from the report entirely suggests his light workload was something akin to maintenance. Shepard finished second on the team in catches (four) and yards (48) in Week 9, trailing only Cade Otton. The veteran wideout is on the FLEX radar as a WR5 versus San Francisco.
  • LAC Running Back #4
Gus Edwards (ankle) is questionable to play in Week 10 against the Titans.
Edwards practiced in a limited capacity on Wednesday and Thursday before being upgraded to a full participant on Friday. He should be good to go this week, though the Chargers could always play things conservatively and wait for him to be fully available for multiple practices. He cannot be started against the Titans.
  • LAC Linebacker #97
Joey Bosa (hip) is questionable for Week 10 against the Titans.
Bosa practiced in a limited capacity all week and is currently listed as questionable. He did the same last week and was able to play, notching two quarterback pressures and a 30.8 percent pass-rush win rate. He should be good to go for Week 10.
  • TB Running Back #7
Bucky Irving (toe) was removed from the injury report and will play in Week 10 against the 49ers.
Bucs coach Todd Bowles told reporters last week that Irving will likely be dealing with this toe injury for the rest of the season. He then noted that the team will limit his practice reps during the week to keep him ready for Sundays. Irving led the Bucs’ three-headed backfield with seven carries in Week 9 but only turned that into 24 yards. He also caught three balls for an additional 10 yards. As part of a nightmare rotation, Irving is a lowly RB for Week 10.
  • SF Defensive End #97
Nick Bosa (hip) is questionable to play in Week 10 against the Buccaneers.
Bosa remained limited in practice all week so he has a decent chance of suiting up. He leads 49ers defenders in both quarterback pressures (46) and NFL sacks (4.5) so his loss would be substantial if he were unable to play.
  • JAX Wide Receiver #0
Gabe Davis (shoulder) is questionable for Week 10 against the Vikings.
He was limited in practice throughout the week after missing Week 9 with the shoulder issue. Davis wasn’t doing much with Trevor Lawrence on the field and will likely be catching passes from Mac Jones if he plays at all this week. Fantasy managers can forget about Davis for the foreseeable future.
  • TB Quarterback #6
Baker Mayfield (toe) was removed from the injury report and will play in Week 10 against the 49ers.
Mayfield missed the first two practices of the week with the toe issue. The Tampa Bay Times’ Rick Stroud reported yesterday that he would be “fine” and that appears to be the case. Mayfield has thrown five touchdowns in two games without Mike Evans or Chris Godwin. He also threw two interceptions two weeks ago and only managed 200 yards last week versus the Chiefs, so fantasy managers will have to take the good with the bad. In another tough matchup with the 49ers, Mayfield will straddle the QB1/2 border for Week 10.
  • SF Kicker #4
49ers K Jake Moody (ankle) was removed from the injury report and will play in Week 10 against the Buccaneers.
The 49ers’ kicker returns for what could be a high-scoring affair. Fantasy managers in need of a capable kicker in an efficient offense should check their free agency pool to see if Moody went unclaimed during this week’s waiver wire run.
  • SF Running Back #24
Jordan Mason (shoulder) was removed from the injury report and will play in Week 10 against the Buccaneers.
We do not yet know how the 49ers’ backfield touches will be distributed but Mason has more than proven himself as a capable contributor. He remains RB4-viable thanks to his rushing talents and the 49ers’ efficient offense. This weekend’s game should provide clarity on the situation moving forward.
  • DAL Cornerback #7
Cowboys CB Trevon Diggs (calf/illness) is questionable for Week 10 against the Eagles.
Diggs played through the calf issue last week. He was limited in the first two practices of the week before being downgraded to a DNP on Friday. That’s when the illness designation was added to his practice report, so we’ll assume that is what caused him to be held out and not the calf issue. Players tend to play through illnesses, especially when they get Saturday to work through the ailment. Diggs should be no different. Linebacker Eric Kendricks is also questionable. He played through his shoulder issue last week and is likely to do so once again.
