Louisville junior RB Hassan Hall is expected to be available for Friday’s game vs. Syracuse after missing time with an undisclosed injury.
Hall (6'0/204) hasn’t appeared in a game since he was injured during the Cardinals’ loss to Notre Dame on October 17. His return to action couldn’t have come at a better time for Louisville, as leading rusher Javian Hawkins announced on Monday that he was opting out of the remainder of the season and will instead prepare for the 2021 NFL Draft. Hall, who has rushed for 144 yards on 26 carries this season, has also returned eight kickoffs for 181 yards.

Rhamondre Stevenson was active but did not play a snap in the Patriots’ Week 18 win over the Bills.
Stevenson will end the season with 207 rushes for 801 yards and seven touchdowns, adding 33 catches on 41 targets for 168 yards and another touchdown through the air. The 26-year-old also lost six fumbles on the season which forced him into a timeshare with Antonio Gibson at times during the year. However, despite Gibson being the assumed “receiving back,” Stevenson had almost double the targets in the passing game which seems to confirm that New England doesn’t view him as just an early-down rusher. The 26-year-old could be in for a better season next year with Drake Maye under center from the start; however, the Patriots will need to make significant upgrades to their offensive line and their receiving game before we feel confident enough in Stevenson’s team context to elevate him from a matchup-dependent FLEX option.
  • NE Quarterback #7
Jacoby Brissett did not play any snaps in the Patriots’ Week 18 win over the Bills.
Brissett will finish the season completing 95-of-161 passes for 826 yards on a 59 percent completion rate with two touchdowns and one interception while appearing in eight games. Brissett also took 18 sacks in the eight games he played. The 32-year-old lacks mobility at this stage in his career and didn’t seem capable of pushing the ball down the field much this season; however, he turned the ball over just twice in eight games, which is what New England wanted from him. Brissett’s intelligence makes him a game-manager type quarterback that coaches tend to love as a backup and that could help him find another job now that his contract with New England has expired. Yet, he lacks any fantasy upside, even if he were to land with a team where there was some potential for playing time.
  • CAR Quarterback #9
Bryce Young completed 25-of-34 attempts for 251 yards and three touchdowns in the Panthers’ Week 18 win against the Falcons, adding five rushes for 24 yards and two touchdowns.
Young cooked in this one, facing very little pressure and hitting pass catchers in stride throughout. It was only the fourth time this season Young has thrown multiple touchdowns, as Carolina coaches continue putting more trust in the second-year QB. Young connected with David Moore, Miles Sanders, and Tommy Tremble for his passing scores, and found pay dirt twice on red zone scrambles — an part of his game that has emerged over the past month. Young will end his second season with 15 touchdown passes over 11 starts, adding six scores on the ground.
  • WAS Quarterback #18
Marcus Mariota completed 15-of-18 passes for 161 yards and two touchdowns in the Commanders’ 23-19, Week 18 win over the Cowboys, adding five carries for 56 yards and a touchdown.
The Commanders decided to rest Jayden Daniels in second half, bringing in Mariota to try and get Washington the sixth seed in the playoffs. Mariota more than answered the call, totaling 217 yards and three touchdowns for the victory. He found Zach Ertz in the third quarter for the Commanders’ first touchdown of the game, rushed for a five-yard score in the fourth, and hit Terry McLaurin for the game winner with just a few seconds left. Mariota only got to play in three games this season, but this performance against the Cowboys cements him as a quality back-up who is capable of putting up a fight should Daniels get hurt in the playoffs.
  • NE Quarterback #10
Drake Maye threw one incompletion in the Patriots’ Week 18, 23-17 win over the Bills.
With no incentive to win the game, the Patriots pulled Maye from the game after one offensive drive, which included two handoffs. Maye will end his rookie season with 2,276 yards passing on a 66.3 percent completion rate with 15 touchdowns and 10 interceptions in 12 games played (not including this one drive). He also added 421 yards rushing and two touchdowns on the ground. While those are not eye-popping numbers, it was an impressive season for a quarterback playing behind one of the worst offensive lines in the NFL and with a tight end as his only consistent receiving threat. Maye showcased the tools to be a fantasy-relevant quarterback for a long time, but he has two major question marks that will hover over him this offseason. The first is the lack of quality targets he has to throw to, which the Patriots will surely try hard to upgrade in the offseason. The second concern is injuries as Maye took 34 sacks this season, suffered at least two concussions, and had to be evaluated for head injuries in other contests. Those injuries could sap Maye’s rushing upside if the Patriots get more conservative with him or they could crush his value altogether if concussions pile up and keep him off the field. For next season, Maye will be on the QB1 radar depending on who New England adds to their offense.
  • TEN Running Back #36
Julius Chestnut rushed two times for 11 yards in Tennessee’s Week 18 loss to the Texans.
The third-year back is mostly a special teamer, but managed to see some time on offense as the Titans didn’t bother rostering a real backup for Tyjae Spears. He finishes the year with a 22/102 rushing line and two catches for 11 yards. Chestnut will be a restricted free agent this offseason, but we’re tentatively expecting him back in Tennessee pending what happens upstairs after the Titans completed their quest for the No. 1 overall pick by finishing 3-14. He’s a fantasy non-factor.
  • TB Wide Receiver #15
Jalen McMillan caught 5-of-6 targets for 74 yards and a touchdown in the Buccaneers’ Week 18 win over the Saints.
  • NE Running Back #26
Terrell Jennings rushed eight times for 20 yards in the Patriots’ Week 18 win over the Bills.
The rookie came into the game with 13 total yards in the two games he was active. He’ll now finish with 13 carries for 33 yards and will likely remain off the fantasy radar next season as nothing more than a depth back in New England if he makes the team
  • TB Running Back #7
Bucky Irving rushed 19 times for 89 yards and a touchdown in the Buccaneers’ Week 18 win over the Saints while adding two catches for negative five yards.
  • TB Wide Receiver #13
Mike Evans caught 8-of-13 targets for 89 yards in the Buccaneers’ Week 18 win over the Saints.
On the final play of the game, the Buccaneers made sure that Evans the necessary yardage for him to reach the thousand-yard mark. That gives him 11 straight seasons reaching that number and it ties Jerry Rice for the most consecutive seasons with at least 1,000 yards. The 31-year-old wideout was able to reach the mark despite missing five games, and he doesn’t appear to be slowing down. He’ll be back at it in the Wild Card round in a game that could be against a plethora of teams.
