Eagles selected Stanford OLB Casey Toohill with the No. 233 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.
Although old for a prospect (24 in August), Toohill (6'4/250) Toohill enticed with a breakout senior season and strong Combine. He registered 11.5 TFL and eight sacks as a first-year starter in 2019. Toohill struggled with injuries his first three years with the Cardinal but drew attention for his academic work. Toohill is a bit of a ‘tweener but has just enough projectable traits to get some time to develop on the practice squad.

  • CAR Wide Receiver #18

Panthers WR Jalen Coker is active for Week 16 against the Cardinals.
After being listed as questionable heading into the weekend, Coker is officially active and profiles as a boom-or-bust WR5. He posted a solid 4-110-1 line on six targets in last week’s loss to the Panthers. While Coker is active, Xavier Legette was declared inactive, although that announcement was handed down before the weekend. The Panthers also declared S Jordan Fuller, CB Shemar Bartholomew, WR Velus Jones Jr., CB Akayleb Evans, C Cade Mays, and OL Brandon Walton inactive.
  • ARI Tackle #70
Cardinals Declared WR Xavier Weaver, LT Paris Johnson Jr. LB Mack Wilson Sr., RB Trey Benson, S Jammie Robinson, OL Christian Jones, and TE Travis Vokolek inactive for Week 16 against the Panthers.
Benson and Johnson were both ruled out before the weekend, meaning DeeJay Dallas will likely serve as the RB2 behind James Conner. There’s no fantasy upside in this backfield outside of Conner, who profiles as a solid RB1 for the week.
  • CHI Tackle #76
Bears LG Teven Jenkins (calf) is active for Week 16 against the Lions.
As is left tackle Braxton Jones, who had nearly cleared the league’s concussion protocol on Friday but was assigned a questionable tag. With both linemen active, the Bears avoided a nightmare scenario for their struggling rookie quarterback.
  • TEN Running Back #20
Titans RB Tony Pollard (ankle) is active for Week 16 against the Colts.
Pollard did not practice this week as he deals with an ankle injury he suffered a couple of weeks ago. He played through the same injury in Week 15, rushing 17 times for 45 yards. Fantasy managers can expect Pollard to still lead the Titans backfield in carries, but Tyjae Spears will see increased involvement, especially in the passing game after a six-catch, 87-yard outing in Week 15. Pollard is in the low-end RB2 mix while Spears has some standalone FLEX value for Week 16 against the Colts.
  • CIN Tackle #75
Bengals LT Orlando Brown Jr. (knee/fibula) is inactive for Week 16 against the Browns.
Brown continues to deal with the same injury that has kept him on the sidelines in six of the team’s last seven games. He was questionable heading into this one, meaning there’s a chance he could suit up for Week 17 against the Broncos, but we’ll see how things go throughout the week. In addition to Brown, the Bengals also declared QB Logan Woodside, WR Charlie Jones, TE Tanner Hudson, DE Sam Hubbard, and DE Sheldon Rankins inactive.
  • CHI Running Back #20
Bears declared RB Travis Homer, LB Noah Sewell, OL Kiran Amegadjie, DB Ameer Speed, OL Doug Kramer, and DL Gervon Dexter inactive for Week 16 against the Lions.
Homer was added to the injury report on Friday with a hamstring issue and listed as doubtful. He seemingly suffered the injury during the final practice of the week. Roschon Johnson is locked in as the team’s No. 2 back for Week 16.
  • PHI Wide Receiver #11
A.J. Brown (knee) is active for Week 16 against the Commanders.
Brown, who missed practice time this week with the knee issue, will be OK for Week 16 against Washington. He’ll look to build on last week’s 110-yard, one-touchdown performance against the Steelers. He had five grabs for 65 yards last time he faced the Commanders. The Eagles declared QB Tanner McKee, WR Britain Covey, CB Eli Ricks, OL Nick Gates, OL Darian Kinnard, and OL Trevor Keegan inactive against Washington.
  • ATL Tackle #71
Falcons declared OT Elijah Wilkinson, RB Carlos Washington, DL Brandon Dorlus, OT Brandon Parker, WR Casey Washington and WR Dylan Drummond inactive for Week 16 against the Giants.
It’s an extremely quiet list for Michael Penix Jr.'s starting debut.
  • DET Guard #60
Lions declared GG Graham Glasgow, RB David Montgomery, LB Kwon Alexander, DL Jonah WIlliams, DL Brodric Martin, OL Colby Sorsdal, and OL Giovanni Manu inactive for Week 16 against the Bears.
Safety Brian Branch is active after being listed as questionable with a calf issue. Glasgow is dealing with a knee injury that limited him to one limited practice this week. He will eye a Week 17 return. Despite an sustaining unfathomable amount of injuries this year, the Lions remain heavy favorites over the lowly Bears.
  • TEN Kicker #6
Titans declared K Nick Folk, LB Jerome Baker, WR Jha’Quan Jackson, CB Tre Avery, RB Joshua Kelley, CB Gabe Jeudy-Lally, and LB Luke Gifford inactive for Week 16 against the Colts
Folk entered the weekend questionable with an abdomen injury and will remain out for the team’s Week 16 game against the Colts. Kicker Brayden Narveson will be elevated from the practice squad in his place. Linebackers Jerome Baker (neck) and Luke Gifford (concussion) are the other injury inactives for the Titans.
