    Browns released S Morgan Burnett.
Burnett turned 31 last January. The 10-year veteran started eight games for the Browns in 2019, recording 41 tackles, one interception and two sacks along the way. Perhaps Burnett’s best years are behind him, but he could still attract some interest on the open market as a backup.

Van Jefferson caught 3-of-4 targets for 18 yards in the Steelers’ Week 18 loss to the Bengals.
  • CIN Wide Receiver #80
Andrei Iosivas caught 2-of-3 passes for 12 yards in the Bengals’ Week 18 win over the Steelers.
  • CIN Wide Receiver #5
Tee Higgins did not return in Week 18 against the Steelers with an ankle injury and caught 4-of-5 targets for 53 yards prior to his exit.
  • PIT Tight End #88
Pat Freiermuth caught 8-of-11 targets for 85 yards with a touchdown in the Steelers’ Week 18 loss to the Bengals.
  • CIN Tight End #88
Mike Gesicki caught 8-of-10 passes for 68 yards in the Bengals’ Week 18 win over the Steelers
  • PIT Wide Receiver #14
George Pickens caught 1-of-6 targets with no receiving yards in the Steelers’ Week 18 loss to the Bengals.
  • CIN Wide Receiver #1
Ja’Marr Chase caught 10-of-14 passes for 96 yards and a touchdown in the Bengals’ Week 18 win over the Steelers.
With that touchdown, Chase finishes with 17 receiving scores on the year, and that will assuredly end up leading the league. The 24-year-old superstar did have a few disappointing efforts in 2024, but his production competes or bests any wideout in the sport as seen in 127 catches, 1708 yards and the aforementioned touchdown total. There’s a chance Chase will not have Tee Higgins to take some of the pressure off of him in 2025, but that could just mean even more targets for the LSU product next year. Regardless of the personnel, Chase has to be one of the first players — not just wide receivers — off the board next year.
  • PIT Running Back #30
Jaylen Warren rushed six times for 21 yards in the Steelers’ Week 18 loss to the Bengals.
Warren was dealing with a rib injury, but it was still surprising to see the tailback receive 10 fewer touches than Najee Harris (12-36-1, four catches for 20 yards) in the season finale. Warren looked like the much faster and better playmaker when he did touch the ball, but game script and stubbornness saw him essentially be a non-factor. Expect to see more Warren in the Wild Card round, especially if Harris (undisclosed) can’t play next weekend/Monday.
  • PIT Running Back #22
Najee Harris rushed 12 times for 36 yards and a touchdown while adding four receptions for 20 yards in the Steelers’ Week 18 loss to the Bengals before leaving with an apparent injury.
Harris outcarried Jalen Warren 12-6, and received 10 more touches all together since Warren didn’t catch a pass. He didn’t do much with those touches outside of a short-yardage touchdown, and he also left this game with an apparent head injury late in the fourth quarter. If Harris can’t go, Warren likely will receive the overwhelming majority of touches in the Wild Card round against either the Texans or the Ravens.
  • CIN Running Back #34
Khalil Herbert rushed 20 times for 69 yards in the Bengals’ Week 18 win over the Steelers.
With Chase Brown unable to play, Herbert not only was the lead back for the Bengals, he was the only back. No other Cincinnati player received a carry. He finishes the season with all of 114 yards on 28 carries as he was well behind Brown and Zack Moss on the depth chart. Herbert will be a free agent at the end of the year and well off the fantasy radar for 2025.
