UCLA sophomore WR Chase Cota hauled in four receptions for a career-high 147 yards and a touchdown in Saturday’s 67-63 win at Washington State.
Cota (6'4/195) jelled nicely with QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson in this one, as the Bruins offense finally hit its stride after struggling in the first three games. In fact, UCLA scored a combined 42 points in their first three outings, with exactly 14 points in each loss. Perhaps this will get DTR, Cota and the rest of the Bruins going. They’ll look to carry over the momentum into next Saturday’s game in Arizona.
