Draft Analyst’s Tony Pauline believes that Miami (OH) redshirt junior T Tommy Doyle is an “explosive” right tackle.
Doyle (6'8"/315) is grades as the second-best pro prospect on the RedHawks roster by Pauline, trailing only tight end Andrew Homer. He notes that the 6-foot-8, 315-pound tackle “works best when he’s in a small area,” but also notes that the explosion and that there’s growth potential because of that frame. He also notes that the footwork needs work, so Doyle is going to have to make marked improvement over the final two years to get on that draftable level.
