Washington redshirt junior WR Andre Baccellia hauled in eight passes for 65 yards in a 10-3 victory over Utah on Friday in the Pac-12 Championship Game.
Baccellia was the top target for Jake Browning in the Apple Cup, and he remained as much on Friday against the tough Utes defense. He didn’t score, but he put Washington in scoring position several times. The Huskies just couldn’t get the ball in the end zone. Don’t be surprised if he’s targeted a bunch in their next game: The Rose Bowl.

Colts signed OT Bernhard Raimann to a four-year, $100 million extension.
The mega-deal catapults Raimann into the top seven in highest total value contracts amongst active offensive linemen, with the team locking him up through the 2029 season. Raimann received Pro Football Focus’ eighth highest overall grade during the 2024 season, highlighted by one of the top pass blocking grades in the league after allowing just 20 total pressures on 471 pass blocking snaps. The deal includes $60 million in guaranteed money, a staggering mark that stands as the second most in the league.
How Mixon's injury impacts Chubb, fantasy drafts
With Joe Mixon reportedly set to miss several weeks with a foot injury, Patrick Daugherty evaluates the Texans' potential backfield plans, where there may not be a "viable backup plan."
  • DAL Tackle #60
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports Cowboys OT Tyler Guyton will be sidelined for 4-6 weeks with a bone fracture.
The Cowboys breathe a collective sigh of relief after initial testing revealed a possible torn ACL. Guyton emerged for follow-on testing with an intact ACL and a bone fracture that will not require surgery, meaning he is likely to only miss a game or two of the regular season. Guyton is expected to step into a featured role on quarterback Dak Prescott’s blindside in 2025.
  • DAL Tackle #60
NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports Cowboys OT Tyler Guyton is feared to have torn his ACL in practice Monday.
Guyton, a 2024 first-round pick for the Cowboys, started 11 games a season ago and was to be counted on for an increasing role on quarterback Dak Prescott’s blindside entering the 2025 season, making this a large blow to a team that realistically could lead the league in pass attempts. Further testing is required to confirm the injury. Third-year tackle Asim Richards could be asked to step into his vacated role if the team elects not to bring in further help.
  • DEN Safety #29
NFL Insider James Palmer reports Broncos S Talanoa Hufanga is “100% healthy and moving well.”
Palmer dropped some quick-hitting notes on Monday’s camp practice, singling out Hufanga as fully healthy. Hufanga agreed to a three-year contract with the Broncos this offseason after coming off consecutive season-ending injuries in 2023 and 2024, the former of which was a torn ACL and the latter being a torn ligament in his wrist. He’ll look to regain his high-level play with the Broncos after earning first-team All-Pro honors in his last fully healthy season in 2022 while with the 49ers.
  • FA Kicker #6
Jets hosted free agent K Nick Folk for a tryout on Monday.
Folk kicked for the Jets from 2010 to 2016 and could find his way back to the Meadowlands. The 40-year-old vet played for the Titans last season, converting on 21-of-22 field goal attempts while also going 25-for-25 on his PATs. Folk has led all kickers in field goal percentage in each of the last two seasons and has made 11-of-12 attempts from 50-plus yards over that span. Despite his age, Folk doesn’t appear to have lost a step and will likely find himself kicking somewhere in 2025, even if it’s not with the Jets.
  • FA Head Coach
Speaking Monday, Jon Gruden said he’s “working hard to maybe get one more shot” at being a head coach.
Gruden has made his rounds at various team sites since resigning from the Raiders during the 2021 season, amidst a scandal that involved a mass leak of emails that included racist, homophobic, and misogynistic language. Jones said he doesn’t care if his next opportunity comes “at Jones Junior High” or in the NFL, but the soon-to-be 62-year-old, who won the Super Bowl with the Buccaneers during the 2002 season is clearly looking for one more shot somewhere.
  • NFL insider Jordan Schultz reports Chiefs OT Josh Simmons is “on track to start at left tackle in Week 1" against the Chargers.
The Chiefs selected Simmons with the No. 32 overall pick in this year’s draft, and things have been going smoothly for the rookie ever since. After exceeding expectations earlier in the offseason by suiting up for minicamp, Schultz reports a source close to the team said the Chiefs have “been impressed with (Simmons) all summer.” Simmons getting the nod at left tackle would likely set Jaylon Moore up to be the backup.
  • DAL Tackle #60
Cowboys LT Tyler Guyton was helped off the practice field on Monday.
The exact nature of Guyton’s injury is not known, but reporters at practice suggested the second-year tackle had his leg rolled up on during a passing play. Gutyon was down for several minutes before being helped to the locker room by team members and trainers. We will check back in with any updates when they come.
  • DEN Linebacker #49
Broncos beat writer Mike Kliss reports LB Alex Singleton suffered a broken thumb in Monday’s practice and “should only miss 7-8 days” of practice.
Barring anything unexpected, Singleton will still be ready for Week 1 when the Broncos play host to the Titans. The veteran linebacker will likely practice with a club on his hand once he’s able to get back on the field, and is already on the mend from a torn ACL that prematurely ended his 2024 campaign. In his last full season, Singleton totaled 177 tackles, two sacks, six TFLs, and two pass breakups.
  • FA Wide Receiver #16
    Titans waived WR Treylon Burks.
Burks suffered a fractured collarbone over the weekend and has now been let go by the team. The Titans’ decision to replace A.J. Brown with Burks back in 2022 went about as poorly as we should have expected. The former No. 18 overall pick has struggled with injuries throughout his career and has failed to produce when healthy, totaling 53 receptions for 699 yards and one touchdown through 27 regular-season games. Burks was let go with a waived/injured designation due to his fractured collarbone and can be claimed by any team.
