LSU four-star 2019 verbal T commit Anthony Bradford was named the position group MVP at the Rivals 3 Stripe camp regional in Chicago over the weekend.
“The way Bradford moves at [6-foot-5, 320 pounds] is remarkable, and he handled two smaller, quicker defensive ends with ease during the one-on-one session (in camp),” Helmholdt writes. While his size would seem more of a fit for the interior of the line, Helmholdt passes along that LSU plans on starting him out at right tackle. His athleticism makes that possible. On the Rivals rankings board for the 2019 cycle, Bradford ranks as the No. 186 overall prospect in the class.

Jauan Jennings caught 5-of-7 targets for 40 yards in the 49ers’ Week 12 loss to the Packers.
Jennings deserves credit for leading the team in targets and winning his lone contested catch but this offense is lost without Brock Purdy under center. Jennings is just a flex option against the Bills next week if Brandon Allen is still piloting the offense.
  • SF Tight End #85
George Kittle caught 6-of-6 targets for 82 yards and one touchdown in the 49ers’ Week 12 loss to the Packers.
Kittle functioned as the one-man show, winning 2-of-2 contested catches while averaging 5.3 yards after the catch. He accounted for four of the 49ers’ eight first-down gains through the air. It was a Herculean effort. Kittle is a high-end TE1 against the Bills in Week 13.
  • SF Quarterback #17
Brandon Allen completed 17-of-29 passes for 199 yards, one touchdown and one interception, rushed twice for five yards and lost 1-of-2 fumbles in the 49ers’ 10-38 loss to the Packers.
Allen’s interception occurred via a tipped pass but he earned the turnover all the same. Allen and the 49ers’ offense put on a lowlight performance that included three punts and three turnovers on 12 possessions. The in-game broadcast broke news about Allen having fractured the middle finger on his left hand two weeks ago, though Allen never once appeared on the injury report during this two-week span. No official word has been give but it would be unsurprising to see Joshua Dobbs under center if Brock Purdy (shoulder) is unable to play next week. Allen would be a low-end QB2 against the Bills in Week 13.
  • LV Wide Receiver #16
Jakobi Meyers caught 10-of-14 targets for 121 yards in the Raiders’ Week 12 loss against the Broncos.
It was a season-high yardage total for Meyers as the Broncos focused on shutting down Brock Bowers. Meyers avoided Pat Surtain in coverage and was peppered by Gardner Minshew throughout. He even saw an end zone look from Desmond Ridder after Minshew left the game with a collar bone injury. Meyers, who has at least six receptions in five games this season, should be a top-30 fantasy play in Week 13 against a tough Kansas City secondary. Ridder represents a big downgrade for every Vegas pass catcher.
  • DEN Wide Receiver #19
Marvin Mims caught 4-of-5 targets for 44 yards in the Broncos’ Week 12 win against the Raiders, adding two rushes for -2 yards.
Mims has seen both his route rate and target share rise over the past two weeks. Against the Raiders, the speedy Mims was the recipient of several designed bubble screens, one of which went for 37 yards against a soft Vegas coverage unit. Mims remains a big play-reliant fantasy option who isn’t seeing enough targets to be considered outside the deepest fantasy formats. Sunday was only his second game of 2024 with more than 40 receiving yards.
  • DEN Wide Receiver #17
Devaughn Vele caught 6-of-9 targets for 80 yards in the Broncos’ Week 12 win against the Raiders.
With 15 receptions over the past three outings, Vele has established himself as Denver’s clear No. 2 wideout behind Courtland Sutton. No other Denver wideout had more than five targets against the Raiders. The rookie saw a handful of underneath targets and operated primarily in the middle of the field against a middling Vegas secondary. The reliable Vele has distanced himself from every other secondary and tertiary Broncos pass catcher, making him a WR3/4 option for Week 13 against the Browns.
  • GB Running Back #30
Chris Brooks rushed four times for 11 yards and caught 1-of-1 targets for 15 yards in the Packers’ Week 12 win over the 49ers.
Brooks is stealing the Packers’ No. 2 RB role from Emanuel Wilson. Brooks totaled a season-high 25 offensive snaps, contributing as a rusher, receiver, pass-blocker and run-blocker in this one. He led Packers RBs on third and fourth down, taking 10-of-16 possible snaps, and even out-snapped Josh Jacobs in the two-minute drill, three-to-two. Brooks is a worthwhile bench stash, offering RB5-viability against the Dolphins in Week 13.
  • ARI Wide Receiver #4
Greg Dortch caught 1-of-2 targets for five yards in the Cardinals’ Week 12 loss to the Seahawks.
Dortch remains a quiet option in the Cardinals’ passing game, catching one of this two targets on the day. He gets some gadget usage out of the slot, but is at best the No. 5 option in what has been a disappointing passing game. Dortch should remain off fantasy radars moving forward.
  • DEN Running Back #33
Javonte Williams had eight rushes for -2 yards in the Broncos’ Week 12 win against the Raiders, adding two catches for six yards.
Williams was impressively inefficient while somehow leading the Broncos in rushing attempts a week after going for 59 yards and a touchdown against the Falcons. Jaleel McLaughlin was far more effective against Vegas, turning six carries into 44 scoreless yards. Broncos head coach Sean Payton said last week that the team would “figure out” the backfield split week by week, making Williams a dicy option in any fantasy format. He’ll take on the Browns in Week 13.
  • ARI Wide Receiver #14
Michael Wilson caught 2-of-4 targets for 54 yards in the Cardinals’ Week 12 loss to the Seahawks.
Wilson quietly operates as the Cardinals’ No. 4 pass-catching option, getting four targets on the day. He made a big 30-yard reception in the fourth quarter to put the Cardinals into the red zone to highlight his day. Wilson also had a second quarter touchdown called back due to a holding penalty. Wilson is a downfield perimeter option and is no more than a touchdown-dependent WR5 for Week 13 against the Vikings.
