The San Francisco Chronicle reports the Raiders are “strong players” for Darrelle Revis.
Reporter Vittorio Tafur also confirms the Browns are firmly in the mix. It’s unclear if the Raiders would be willing to trade for Revis at his current salary, but they certainly have the cap room. Trade would be Oakland’s only means of acquiring one of the game’s top corners, as there’s almost no way he’d sign as a free agent with a team so far away from contention.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports there’s a “very good chance” Christian McCaffrey (Achilles) plays in Week 10 against the Buccaneers.
A Week 10 return for McCaffrey has been implied for a while, partly because the 49ers have a Week 9 bye on the horizon. Rapoport reported earlier in the week that McCaffrey “has been ramping up” for a return to the practice field and that there had been no concerns regarding his rehab, so it sounds like everything is trending in the right direction. Jordan Mason (shoulder) is expected to handled the bulk of the touches for the 49ers in Week 8, but that may be the last we hear from Mason for a while if McCaffrey does make his much-anticipated return on November 10th.
  • NYJ Quarterback #8
NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports Aaron Rodgers (hamstring) is expected to play in the Jets’ Week 8 game against the Patriots.
This doesn’t come as much of a surprise, as Rodgers has been limited in practice all week with both a knee and hamstring injury. He was already playing through the knee injury, but the hamstring is something new. Currently sitting on a 2-5 record, it’s safe to say the Jets are in win-now mode. With their season already on the brink, we’d expect Rodgers to play through just about anything in Week 8. With just one top-12 fantasy finish on the year, Rodgers is best viewed as a mid-QB2 in fantasy this week.
  • MIN Tackle #71
NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports Christian Darrisaw will have an MRI on his left knee.
Darrisaw had his left leg rolled up on late in the second quarter of Thursday night’s loss to the Rams and did not return in the second half. One of the league’s better left tackles, Darrisaw signed a four-year, $113 million contract this offseason and had allowed just two sacks and nine pressures entering Thursday’s game. Backup David Quessenberry is the favorite to start for Darrisaw in the event he misses time after filling in for him on Thursday. We’ll know more about the severity of Darrisaw’s injury after the MRI.
  • LAR Wide Receiver #10
Rams coach Sean McVay acknowledged teams have “reached out” on Cooper Kupp in October trade discussions.
Paraphrasing in-house Rams reporter Stu Jackson, McVay “also said that there’s a lot of speculation, and certain things he’s seen circulating are not true and have been addressed.” That’s ... mostly a denial. In his own words, McVay was a little more emphatic. “I’m really glad to have Cooper Kupp back with us. And that’s what I expect to stay that way.” “Expect” is doing a little work there, but now on a two-game winning streak and on better footing in the down NFC West, the Rams will probably stand pat. They have 12 more days to think about it.
  • MIN Wide Receiver #83
Jalen Nailor caught 2-of-4 targets for 16 yards in the Vikings’ Week 8 loss to the Rams.
The 16 yards were Nailor’s second fewest of the season, while one of Nailor’s missed connections was an egregious red zone drop. Not a good way to head into Week 9, where the Vikings are expected to get T.J. Hockenson back against the Colts. Nailor is barely cracking the top 70 right now in fantasy.
  • LAR Tight End #86
Colby Parkinson caught 2-of-2 targets for 17 yards in the Rams’ Week 8 win over the Vikings.
Parkinson has now caught two passes on only two looks in back-to-back games. The difference this time? Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp were both back in the lineup. That means Parkinson’s cellar-dwelling floor now has no plausible ceiling. He will be a tough sell as a top-24 tight end in Week 9 against the Seahawks.
  • LAR Wide Receiver #5
Tutu Atwell caught 1-of-2 targets for 18 yards in the Rams’ Week 8 win over the Vikings.
Atwell’s missed connection was a potential 40-yard score that Matthew Stafford overcooked. With Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua both finally back healthy this evening, Atwell immediately, predictably reverted to role player status. He got out-targeted 3-2 by DeMarcus Robinson. Although Kupp and Nacua both have fragile health situations, Atwell can be safely returned to waiver wires.
  • LAR Wide Receiver #15
Demarcus Robinson caught 2-of-3 targets for 35 yards and two touchdowns in the Rams’ Week 8 win over the Vikings.
Eerily quiet all year as the Rams hunted for production without Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua in the lineup, Robinson naturally doubled his season touchdown total upon their returns. It’s not terribly surprising that Robinson sees better looks with his star teammates back in the lineup, but he’s certainly not going to see more looks. He will be difficult to get into the top 60 for Week 9 against the Seahawks.
  • MIN Wide Receiver #3
Jordan Addison caught 2-of-3 targets for 22 yards in the Vikings’ Week 8 loss to the Rams.
This was Addison’s worst box score of the season, though he has still yet to catch more than three passes. That’s a problem since Sam Darnold’s volume has remained limited and T.J. Hockenson (knee) now appears set to return for Week 9 against the Colts. That’s also a game where the Vikes project for a ton of run volume. Addison’s big-play potential makes him difficult to drop outside the top 48, but he’s a highly-volatile WR3/4 in his current setup.
  • MIN Running Back #32
Ty Chandler was held without a touch in the Vikings’ Week 8 loss to the Rams.
Aaron Jones’ hamstring was supposedly an issue heading into Week 7, but he’s now out-touched backup Chandler 38-2 over the past five days. Unideal. We doubt Jones will maintain quite that level of touch dominance, but any dreams fantasy managers had of Chandler becoming more than a strict contingency back have been dashed. He can be released to the waiver wire ahead of Week 9 against the Colts.
