Giants LB Jacquian Williams (sprained foot) says he’ll be ready for Super Bowl XLVI.
“It’s nothing serious,” Williams said. “I’ll be there. I’ll be ready for the game.” A staple of the Giants’ nickel packages, Williams is currently sporting a protective boot, but will be active for the Super Bowl barring a setback.
  • KC Running Back #10

Isiah Pacheco is questionable to return in Week 17 against the Chiefs with a rib injury.
Pacheco was hit hard in the fourth quarter on a run and may not be be able to return. If his day is done, he finishes with six carries for 18 yards and he didn’t pick up a reception. Kareem Hunt will almost assuredly get the majority of the carries for the rest of the contest.
  • IND Wide Receiver #14
Alec Pierce was listed as a full participant for Wednesday’s practice.
Pierce is in the concussion protocol, but it appears the 24-year-old is getting closer to playing with the full estimate (the Colts didn’t actually practice Wednesday). Even if Pierce does play the fantasy value for Week 17 against the Giants will be limited.
  • IND Quarterback #5
Anthony Richardson was listed as a non-participant for Wednesday’s practice.
The Colts did not actually practice on Christmas, but they estimated that the 22-year-old would not be able to go in the session. It shouldn’t be too big of concern for fantasy managers just yet for the Week 17 clash against the Giants, but something to keep an eye on for the coming days.
  • HOU Wide Receiver
Texans declared WR Diontae Johnson inactive for Week 17 against the Ravens.
As expected, the Texans will not have Johnson make his debut against his former team after just claiming the wideout from Baltimore on Monday. Houston will get John Metchie III (shoulder) for the Wednesday contest, and he could see a chunk of targets due to the depleted injury room. The rest of the Texans inactives are LB Devin White, G Shaq Mason, C/G Juice Scruggs, DT Folorunso Fatukasi, and DE Jerry Hughes.
  • BAL Wide Receiver #4
Zay Flowers (shoulder) is active for Week 17 against the Texans.
Flowers is able to go as expected even while working on short rest while dealing with a shoulder injury. It’s good news for a receiving corp that will be without Nelson Agholor due at concussion. The rest of the Ravens inactives for the Christmas showdown are RB Justice Hill, RB Justice Hill (concussion), CB Jalyn Armour-Davis (hamstring), S Marcus Williams, OLB Adisa Isaac and C Nick Samac.
  • TB Wide Receiver #17
Sterling Shepard (hamstring/foot) was listed as a non-participant for Wednesday’s practice.
Shepard left Sunday’s game against the Cowboys with an injury and it appears the 31-year-old may be at risk of missing Week 17 against the Panthers as well. He’ll have a couple more chances to get practices in before a final determination is made, however.
  • TB Tight End #88
Cade Otton (knee) was listed as a non-participant for Wednesday’s practice.
Otton was unable to play in Week 16 against the Cowboys with his knee issue, and is off to a poor start in that regard. The 25-year-old tight end got in two limited practices before being ruled out, so fantasy managers hoping to use Otton will hope he can get in a full session before that game against the Panthers.
  • CAR Wide Receiver #17
Xavier Legette (hip/wrist) was listed as a full participant for Wednesday’s practice.
Legette gets in a full practice, but it’s worth noting that the Panthers didn’t have a full practice with the sessional reportedly being played at “half speed.” Panthers head coach Dave Canales told reporters that Legette would need significant improvement to play in Week 17 against the Buccaneers, so fantasy managers shouldn’t count on Legette being on the field just yet.
  • NYG Quarterback #2
Drew Lock (shoulder) was listed as a limited participant for Wednesday’s practice.
Lock is expected to start against the Cowboys in Week 17, and this injury report shouldn’t scare away fantasy managers. What should scare fantasy managers away is that he’s Drew Lock.
  • NYG Running Back #29
Tyrone Tracy (ankle) was listed as a non-participant for Wednesday’s practice.
Tracy and Malik Nabers both were listed as non-participants. It’s worth noting that it was just an estimate with the Giants not practicing due to the Christmas holiday. Tracy’s status for Week 17 against the Colts will be largely determined by how much work he can get in the coming days.
