Shonn Greene managed just 59 yards on 15 carries but caught seven passes for 47 yards in a Week 3 loss to the Raiders, 34-24.
Racking up yardage after first contact, Greene was able to power his way to some nice gains. That being said, there were plenty of times where Greene was unable to accelerate through wide open rushing lanes, and a majority of his runs late in the game were stuffed at the line. It’s becoming increasingly (and alarmingly for the Jets) clear that he’s not that talented of a runner or receiver.
