Mark Clayton did not start Monday night’s matchup with the Bengals.
Demetrius Williams and Derrick Mason started, and Clayton was only targeted twice. He was on the field quite a bit, but this is a concern now. Clayton’s ankle may still be bothering him or Williams just is a bigger part of the offense. Clayton won’t be a good option in Week 2 until we know more.
  • MIA Running Back #31

Raheem Mostert (hip) was limited in Wednesday’s practice.
Mostert got banged up with the hip issue in Week 11 but hasn’t missed any time because of it. The veteran back saw seven touches in Week 13, his highest total since Week 9, but only turned that into 34 yards. He is a touchdown-or-bust RB5 for his upcoming date with the Jets.
  • LV Running Back #22
Alexander Mattison (ankle) was limited in Wednesday’s practice.
Mattison’s practice status gives us little to go on. He was limited through Week 13 before the team ultimately rendered him inactive. He is not usable in fantasy regardless but he could negatively impact RB Sincere McCormick’s Week 14-viability.
  • MIA Wide Receiver #10
Tyreek Hill (wrist/rest) did not practice Wednesday.
This is standard procedure for Hill, who suffered the wrist injury in the offseason and had it flare up on him a few weeks ago. Hill will continue to play through the issue barring a setback with offseason surgery all but guaranteed. Hill rebounded from a quiet Week 12 with six grabs for 83 yards and a touchdown last week, keeping him in the WR2 ranks for his upcoming matchup with the Jets.
  • TB Running Back #7
Bucky Irving (hip/back) did not practice on Wednesday.
This was expected. Irving injured his hip on a meaningless kick return with five seconds left in the first half last week but he returned to play for the second half, totaling a career-high 25 carries in the process. Fantasy managers should expect to have him out there for Week 14, though this is a situation to monitor. Sean Tucker can be added where available.
  • TEN Tackle #77
Titans LG Peter Skoronski (foot) did not practice Wednesday.
Skoronski never left Sunday’s game with the foot issue, giving Titans some home that he’s being held out of Wednesday’s practice as a precaution. Logan Bruss will likely take his spot in the lineup if Skoronski can’t suit up this week.
  • TEN Wide Receiver #83
Tyler Boyd (foot) was limited in Wednesday’s practice.
It’s likely a maintenance situation for the veteran wideout. Boyd caught six passes for 55 yards two weeks ago but saw his numbers decline last week with three grabs for 37 yards. He is running plenty of routes for the Titans but doesn’t see the ball enough to enter the fantasy mix this week, even with six teams on bye.
  • TB Quarterback #6
Baker Mayfield (Achilles/Knee) practiced in full on Wednesday.
The two injuries likely occurred on the same play. Mayfield was spun to the ground during a tackle, with his foot briefly planted in the process. The force likely stressed the inside of his knee. After hitting the ground, Panthers DE Jadeveon Clowney accidentally stepped on Mayfield’s lower leg, likely impacting the Achilles. Mayfield’s early-week participation bodes positively for his Week 14 availability though he is clearly banged up.
  • GB Running Back #8
Josh Jacobs (calf) was removed from the injury report and will play in Week 14 against the Lions.
NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero called the injury “nagging more than anything else.” While it’s clear Jacobs isn’t fully healthy, he’s close enough that the Packers have felt comfortable putting 71 touches on his place over the past three weeks. Jacobs has topped 100 yards from scrimmage in five consecutive games and is showing no signs of slowing anytime soon. He remains in the RB1 ranks for Week 14.
  • TB Wide Receiver #13
Mike Evans (hamstring/calf) did not practice on Wednesday.
Evans has managed his hamstring issues for weeks now but the calf injury is both new and worrying. The team allowed him to play through a hamstring strain earlier this year, which led to Evans suffering a second strain in a different part of the hamstring muscle. The Bucs (6-6) are in second place in the NFC South, trailing the Falcons (6-6) due to tie-breaking procedures. Evans will likely push to play this week, if possible, though resting him for at least one week is probably ideal. Stay tuned.
  • GB Defensive Back #23
Packers CB Jaire Alexander (knee) will not play in Week 14 against the Lions.
Alexander is still working his way back from a tear in his PCL. He went down with the injury in Week 8, briefly returned two games later, but has been out ever since. Linebacker Edgerrin Cooper has also been ruled out for Week 14. The Lions should keep the points machine humming versus a banged-up Packers defense this week.
