2023: Likely showed signs that the Ravens probably have two starting NFL tight ends. Although he went 30-411-5 last season, 21-322-5 of that came from Week 12 on when Mark Andrews missed the remainder of the season with a leg injury. In that span Likely was the TE5 in fantasy

What’s changed: The Ravens signed Derrick Henry to a two-year $16 million deal with $9 million guaranteed. Devontez Walker was drafted in the fourth round of the 2024 NFL Draft to help bolster the receiver room. 

Outlook: For Likely, he’s most valuable in fantasy whenever Andrews isn’t in the lineup as that’s the only time he can reach his ceiling. Although he’s likely played himself into a bigger role, you shouldn’t expect a situation where both tight ends are weekly fantasy starts. However, Likely is good enough to be considered a streaming option based on how many snaps he’s able to play with Andrews.
