2023: Kupp last year missed five games due to injury and he finished outside the top-40 fantasy wideouts. All of Kupp’s efficiency numbers plummeted in 2023, a result of his incessant injuries and Puka Nacua’s emergence as the Rams’ clear-cut No. 1 wideout. In games Kupp played alongside Nacua, Kupp managed 92 targets to 97 for Nacua. Kupp lost his role as the team’s primary red zone target too.

What’s changed: Kupp has recovered from his ankle and hamstring injuries.

Outlook: It’s difficult to imagine Kupp, entering his age-31 season, returning to his tremendous 2021 form. Nacua’s target-commanding ability is a real problem for Kupp’s fantasy upside, though Kupp could be something of a forgotten man in fantasy drafts this summer. Assuming a healthy season – a big assumption – Kupp could be a fantasy football surprise and a reliable WR2 in PPR formats.
