Jalen Duren shot 8-of-8 from the field in Thursday’s win over the Knicks, tallying 16 points, 13 rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block in 26 minutes.
Duren finished with his fifth double-double in six games. He’s ending the regular season in fine form, providing seventh-round value in eight- and nine-cat formats over the past month. The tandem of Duren and Isaiah Stewart (one rebound, one assist and one block) was too much for the shorthanded Knicks, even though the latter did not score a point. If these two teams meet in the first round of the playoffs, Detroit’s physicality could be an issue for New York.
