Karl-Anthony Towns shot 6-of-16 from the field and 1-of-1 from the foul line in Friday’s win over the Bucks, amassing 14 points, 10 rebounds, one assist, two steals and one three-pointer in 32 minutes.
Towns had a frustrating night in Milwaukee, as the Bucks’ physicality sometimes appeared to fluster him. The good news for fantasy managers is that he recorded another double-double and two steals, but the field-goal percentage was below KAT’s standard. With Jalen Brunson (ankle) sidelined, opposing teams have made a greater effort to attack Towns on both ends of the floor. His fantasy value hasn’t slipped much, but there are times when he isn’t as effective as he can be.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Cason Wallace, Luguentz Dort, Jalen Williams and Isaiah Hartenstein will start against the Bulls on Friday.
Wallace will get the starting nod with Chet Holmgren (hip) sidelined for this game. Wallace has been a reliable source of steals when starting, though his offensive upside will be capped with the rest of the lineup healthy.
Gilgeous-Alexander could help in your DK Pick 6
Numbers on the Board are Looking at the Thunder superstar, Nickeil Alexander-Walker and more for their Friday Pick 6 on DraftKings Sportsbook.
  • CHI Forward #28
Josh Giddey, Tre Jones, Isaac Okoro, Matas Buzelis and Guerschon Yabusele will start Friday’s game against the Thunder.
The Bulls are without Jalen Smith and Nick Richards for Friday’s game, with the former done for the season. Yabusele moves into the starting lineup, which raises his fantasy ceiling. However, this is a challenging matchup for him, even with the Thunder not having Chet Holmgren.
  • GSW Guard #30
ESPN’s Shams Charania and Anthony Slater report that Stephen Curry (knee) will be re-evaluated next week.
Sidelined since late January, Curry was expected to be incorporated into scrimmages earlier this week. Unfortunately, that did not happen as he continues to deal with lingering knee pain. Given the lack of scrimmaging, fantasy managers may not be able to get much value out of Curry in Week 23. When available, Gui Santos, Brandin Podziemski and De’Anthony Melton all have greater fantasy value due to Curry’s injury.
  • MEM Guard #21
Jahmai Mashack (ankle) has been ruled out against the Rockets on Friday.
Mashack will miss a sixth straight game, which isn’t a surprise after he was initially listed as doubtful. That may open up a few extra minutes off the bench, but it won’t drastically alter the Grizzlies’ rotation.
  • Derrick White, Baylor Scheierman, Jayson Tatum, Sam Hauser and Neemias Queta will start Friday’s game against the Hawks.
The Celtics won’t have Jaylen Brown for Friday’s game, as he is dealing with left Achilles tendonitis. He’ll be replaced in the lineup by Scheierman, who is worth streaming in deep leagues when allowed to start.
  • CLE Center #31
James Harden, Donovan Mitchell, Sam Merrill, Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen (knee) will start against the Heat on Friday.
Allen will be back after missing the last 10 games with knee tendinitis. He’ll start, which will push Keon Ellis to the bench, though he should continue to play a large role as a reserve. The rest of the starters will remain the same as they look to avenge Wednesday’s loss to Miami.
  • CHI Guard #7
Rob Dillingham (knee) is available to play against the Thunder on Friday.
Dillingham will suit up despite dealing with patellar tendinitis in both knees. He has had success on offense recently, scoring in double figures in six of his last seven games, and he’ll continue to be a sparkplug off the bench for Chicago.
  • CHI Forward #28
Guerschon Yabusele (ankle) is available for Friday’s game against the Thunder.
Yabusele is good to go after being listed as questionable on the Bulls’ initial injury report. With Nick Richards (elbow) out and Jalen Smith (calf) done for the season, Yabusele may move into the starting lineup. If not, Patrick Williams could be the choice to fill the void left by Smith.
  • CHI Forward-Guard #35
Isaac Okoro (knee) is available to play against the Thunder on Friday.
Okoro played through a questionable tag on Wednesday and ended up logging 23 minutes off the bench. That was his first game back after missing seven in a row. He should play a similar role in this game, though that isn’t enough for him to be considered a target in fantasy hoops.
  • CHI Center #13
Nick Richards (elbow) is out for Friday’s game against the Thunder.
Richards will not play on Friday after an elbow injury limited him to nine minutes in Wednesday’s loss to the 76ers. Guerschon Yabusele and Patrick Williams are likely to play more, with the former offering greater fantasy upside.
