Cade Cunningham was ejected from Saturday’s game against the Thunder with 47.1 seconds remaining in the third quarter.
Cunningham was assessed two technical fouls in quick secession while arguing a call late in the third quarter. Having played 29 minutes, he finished with 11 points (5-of-18 FGs), seven rebounds and nine assists. Dennis Schroder will assume the point guard duties for the remainder of Saturday’s game.
  • UTA Power Forward #22
Personalize your Rotoworld feed by favoriting players
The Jazz are starting Isaiah Collier, Collin Sexton, Cody Williams, Kyle Filipowski, and Walker Kessler against the Cavaliers on Sunday.
Filipowski has been coming off the bench but has bumped Svi Mykahiliuk out of the starting lineup ahead of Sunday’s game. The versatile forward’s fantasy ceiling has been raised, but it’ll drop again once Lauri Markkanen is back in the mix.
  • NOP Power Forward #17
The Pelicans will star Jose Alvarado, CJ McCollum, Bruce Brown, Karlo Matkovic, and Kelly Olynyk against the Pistons on Sunday.
The Pelicans have had to get a little creative with Trey Murphy, Zion Williamson, and Yves Missi out. Matkovic is the newest addition to the starting lineup and is nearly averaging a double-double in the five starts he’s made for the Pelicans this season.
  • DET Point Guard #17
The Pistons will start Dennis Schroder, Malik Beasley, Ausar Thompson, Tobias Harris, and Jalen Duren against the Pelicans on Sunday.
Schroder will fill in for Cade Cunningham, who was a late scratch because of a calf injury. This will mark his first career start with Detroit.
  • DET Point Guard #2
Cade Cunningham (calf) has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Pelicans.
Cunningham was a late scratch after scoring 35 points against the Mavericks in his last game. Dennis Schroder will start in his place against New Orleans.
  • UTA Small Forward #99
KJ Martin (elbow) and Jaden Springer are active for Sunday’s game against the Cavaliers.
Martin is a legitimate member of Utah’s rotation and has a chance to bump Svi Mykhailiuk from the starting lineup. Springer could have a tough time getting in because of the Jazz’s wealth of young guards.
  • ATL Point Guard #11
Trae Young (Achilles) is probable for Sunday’s game against the 76ers.
Young has scored at least 28 points in four of his previous five games and is keeping the Hawks afloat in the Eastern Conference. It appears like he’ll suit up on Sunday in an attempt to lead his team to a third straight win.
  • NOP Point Guard #15
Jose Alvarado (illness) is active for Sunday’s game against the Pistons.
Alvarado has been upgraded from questionable to available for Sunday’s game. The Pelicans guard has a good chance to continue starting alongside CJ McCollum in the backcourt against Detroit.
  • NOP Power Forward #1
Zion Williamson (back) and Yves Missi (hip) have been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Pistons.
Williamson is set to miss his second straight game while Missi is a new addition to the injury report after playing against the Timberwolves on Friday. Bruce Brown will likely start for Williamson and Karlo Matkovic could draw a spot start in Missi’s place.
  • CHA Small Forward #10
Josh Green (shoulder) is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Heat.
Green has been downgraded from probable to questionable since Saturday. The Hornets wing will likely be replaced by Nick Smith Jr. if he’s ruled out for Sunday’s contest.
  • LAL Small Forward #28
Rui Hachimura logged 18 minutes in Saturday’s loss to the Bulls, finishing with five points (2-of-6 FGs), two rebounds, one steal and one three-pointer.
Appearing in a game for the first time since February 27, Hachimura was said to be on a limit of 20-24 minutes on Saturday. He only played 18, due partially to things getting out of hand in the Lakers’ 146-115 defeat. Hachimura did not provide much value in his time on the court, and his fantasy prospects aren’t as promising when used in a reserve role. Dorian Finney-Smith (2/2/1/1/1 in 21 minutes) has been the starter since Hachimura’s injury; while his fantasy ceiling is lower, DFS’s defensive ability makes him a solid fit in the Lakers’ starting lineup. Whether or not that remains the case once Rui’s restriction is lifted may be another matter, as he played well before the knee injury.
