  • UTA Power Forward #20

John Collins (left hip contusion) is listed as probable for Saturdays Jazz-Heat game.
Collins appears likely to return from a five-game layoff on Saturday. The Jazz big man should push Johnny Juzang back to the bench if he assumes his normal starting role in his first game back.
  • UTA Power Forward #23

Lauri Markkanen (back spasms) is questionable for Tuesday’s game against the Hawks.
Markkanen missed Sunday’s game with a back injury and is listed as questionable for Tuesday against the Hawks. The 27-year-old power forward’s availability is crucial to Utah with John Collins, Keyonte George and Jordan Clarkson already ruled out.
  • MEM Point Guard #17
Yuka Kawamura (left shoulder soreness) is available for Monday’s game against Dallas.
Kawamura is available to play, but that doesn’t mean he’ll get minutes. When healthy, the rookie point guard has not been in the Grizzlies’ rotation.
  • BKN Small Forward #13
Keon Johnson, Tyrese Martin, Ziaire Williams, Jalen Wilson, and Nic Claxton will start Monday’s game against Indiana.
The Nets are without D’Angelo Russell (shin) and Ben Simmons (calf) for Monday’s game, resulting in Martin moving into the starting lineup. Given Brooklyn’s lack of available bodies, Martin, Johnson, Williams, and Wilson are all worth rostering, while Claxton is already rostered in most fantasy leagues.
  • MEM Shooting Guard #22
Desmond Bane (left ankle sprain) is out for Monday’s game against the Mavericks.
No surprise here as Bane was listed as doubtful. John Konchar is due back after missing Saturday’s game and could take Bane’s spot in the starting lineup. Jake LaRavia could also have a solid playmaking role as he had 10 assists off the bench Saturday.
  • ATL Power Forward #1
Jalen Johnson (right shoulder soreness) is out for Tuesday’s game against the Jazz.
This will be the second straight game on the sideline for Johnson, who also missed Saturday’s loss to the Clippers. Vit Krejci started that one but offered little value in that role. While Garrison Mathews is also a risky play, he provides a higher upside than Krejci, even if he comes off the bench.
  • ATL Shooting Guard #13
Bogdan Bogdanovic (lower left leg contusion) is probable for Tuesday’s game against the Jazz.
Bogdanovic has missed six of the last seven games as he continues to deal with a leg injury. It’s encouraging that the 32-year-old shooting guard is listed as probable heading into Tuesday’s matchup with the Jazz. If he’s available, Garrison Matthews would be off the streaming radar Tuesday.
  • ATL Point Guard #11
Trae Young (right Achilles tendinitis) is probable for Tuesday’s game against the Jazz.
Young has consistently shown up on the injury report with hand and Achilles issues lately, but he hasn’t missed any games lately. Unless he suffers a setback, expect the 26-year-old point guard to suit up once more against the Jazz Tuesday.
  • NYK Center #20
Jalen Brunson, Mikal Bridges, Josh Hart, OG Anunoby, and Jericho Sims will start Monday’s game against Orlando.
The Knicks are without Karl-Anthony Towns for Monday’s game due to a right knee issue. As a result, Sims moves into the starting lineup. However, fantasy managers seeking a streamer with KAT sidelined would be better off with Precious Achiuwa, even though he’s coming off the bench.
  • NYK Point Guard #2
Miles McBride (left hamstring tightness) is out for Monday’s game against Orlando.
Due to a lingering hamstring injury, McBride will miss a third consecutive game, leaving the Knicks light on the bench. Cameron Payne and Landry Shamet will absorb the minutes that would have gone to McBride, but neither is worth streaming in this spot.
  • NYK Point Guard #11
Jalen Brunson (right calf tightness) is available for Monday’s game against Orlando.
Brunson will again play through his calf issue, and with Karl-Anthony Towns out, the Knicks will lean on their captain even more for scoring. Cameron Payne and Landry Shamet will provide depth off the bench, but neither will get the minutes needed to impact fantasy basketball with Brunson available.
