Bilal Coulibaly (right groin soreness) is questionable for Monday’s game against the Thunder.
There’s never a good time for an injury, but Coulibaly possibly being sidelined by a groin issue is a tough deal for him and fantasy managers. The Wizards wing has been a top-30 player in 9-cat formats over the past two weeks. If Coulibaly cannot play on Monday, Kyshawn George and Corey Kispert should see their minutes increase, with the former being the more likely choice to start.

Gary Harris (left hamstring strain) is listed as probable for Friday’s Magic-Knicks game.
Harris is on track to play for the first time since Nov. 25. It’s unclear how much he’ll be involved after a month layoff, but there will be room for him to step in off the bench for a shorthanded team that’s missing both of its stars because of injuries.
  • BKN Small Forward #28
Dorian Finney-Smith (left calf contusion) is listed as questionable for Friday’s Nets-Spurs game.
DFS said he expected to play on Thursday before being ruled out and his status for Friday is up in the air. Noah Clowney will likely start and provide solid production if DFS misses a fourth consecutive contest.
  • BKN Point Guard #10
Ben Simmons (injury management) and Ziaire Williams (left knee sprain) have been ruled out for Friday’s Nets-Spurs matchup.
Simmons won’t play in the second half of a back-to-back after flirting with a double-double in a win against the Bucks on Thursday. Williams will miss his 10th consecutive game. Shake Milton will likely get a chance to handle more on-ball duties with Simmons out of the picture.
  • IND Power Forward #1
Obi Toppin (left ankle sprain) has been ruled out for Friday’s Pacers-Celtics matchup.
Toppin is still on the mend after suffering an ankle injury against the Thunder on Thursday. Jarace Walker is among the players most likely to benefit from his absence against Boston.
  • MIN Shooting Guard #9
Nickeil Alexander-Walker (illness) is listed as questionable for Friday’s Timberwolves-Rockets game.
NAW hasn’t missed a game yet this season and is in danger of sitting ahead of the weekend. Rob Dillingham has a shot to take on a larger role off the bench alongside Donte DiVincenzo if NAW can’t go on Friday.
  • DAL Point Guard #77
According to ESPN’s Shams Charania and Tim MacMahon, Luka Doncic (left calf strain) is expected to miss at least one month.
Already dealing with a left calf contusion, Doncic suffered the strain during the second quarter of Wednesday’s loss to the Timberwolves. With the Mavericks star reportedly being re-evaluated in 30 days, Dallas will have to navigate at least 15 games without its best player. Kyrie Irving’s already significant role will expand, while Spencer Dinwiddie and Quentin Grimes will figure more prominently in the rotation. Grimes started the second half of Wednesday’s game, but Dinwiddie has filled in for Doncic (alongside Irving) in the past. Also worth tracking is the production of PJ Washington and Klay Thompson, who should get more shots with Doncic out.
  • SAC Point Guard #5
De’Aaron Fox had 26 points (11-of-25 FGs), six rebounds, four assists, two blocks and two 3-pointers against the Pistons on Thursday.
With Domontas Sabonis out, Fox predictably saw an uptick in usage. Unfortunately, he wasn’t very efficient as his 26 points came on 25 shots and he had just four assists to his three turnovers. The 27-year-old point guard was -13 in 38 minutes as the Kings blew a 19-point second half lead and lost by one. As Sacramento continues to struggle, rumors about his future with the team will only get louder as Fox is due for a contract extension. He’s still providing top-35 fantasy value this season.
  • UTA Point Guard #13
Isaiah Collier shot 3-of-10 from the field and 0-of-1 from the foul line in Thursday’s loss to Portland, scoring seven points with eight rebounds, seven assists, and one 3-pointer in 35 minutes.
Collier’s rebound and assist production was solid on Thursday, as he received the starting nod with Keyonte George still sidelined. However, the rookie’s efficiency was lacking, as he shot 30% from the field and committed six turnovers. Collier will have nights like this, which is expected of most rookies. The question is what his playing time will look like later in the season, as Utah is highly unlikely to be in the mix for a postseason berth.
  • UTA Shooting Guard #2
Collin Sexton finished Thursday’s loss to the Trail Blazers with 19 points (7-of-19 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), one rebound, 11 assists, and three 3-pointers in 27 minutes.
Sexton shared the backcourt with rookie Isaiah Collier on Thursday, and the veteran played exceptionally well in Portland. In addition to recording his first double-double of the season, Sexton only committed one turnover. While his status as a starter is why Sexton is rostered in 83% of Yahoo leagues, the recent production has been solid. He has provided 5th-round value over the past week.
  • UTA Shooting Guard #19
Svi Mykhailiuk shot 6-of-13 from the field in Thursday’s loss to Portland, accounting for 18 points, one rebound, one assist, one steal, one block, and six 3-pointers in 25 minutes.
Mykhailiuk has started four of Utah’s last five games, reaching double figures in each. He’s primarily a points and 3-pointers option, and Thursday’s stat line bore that out. Outside of the points and triples, Mykhailiuk recorded one rebound, assist, steal, and blocked shot. If Keyonte George (ankle) and John Collins (hip) remain sidelined, Svi will only be worth a look for category league managers needing a 3-point specialist.
